Han - Solo Movie ** Spoilers **

So Han and Lando only knew each other for a relatively short time across two or so adventures?

Says who?

Upon further reflection, I conflated the implied incident behind the “well that was a long time ago, I’m sure he’s forgotten about that” that Lando pretended to be pissed about in ESB with Han winning the Falcon. Which doesn’t even make any sense.
But in my defense I haven’t been getting a lot of sleep.

The ‘Custom Special Edition’ That Almost Wasn’t, But Then Was (Released)
Time

It’s hard to imagine a need to include Hayden in ROTJ, barring IX explicitly stating, “Every Force ghost has exactly one appearance and this is Anakin’s.”
I’d like to see a Force ghost appear two ways in IX, such as Luke appearing old and young either close together or to two different people.

Maybe he appears to Rey, who asks, “Are you an angel?”

“I’m a person and my name is Anakin.”

If you could change one thing about every movie, what would it be?
Time

I’ll limit myself to things that aren’t SE changes or could be done with editing existing material.

TPM: Obi-Wan heads out into Tatooine while Qui-Gon remains on the ship.
AOTC: Owen and Anakin have some sort of spat.
ROTS: Palpatine continues his gradual morph into his ROTJ appearance, not suddenly changing.
ANH: Alter R2’s red/blue light to match other movies.
ESB: Can’t think of anything.
ROTJ: The Emperor gives Luke more tempting reasons to join him.
TFA: Starkiller doesn’t exist.
TLJ: No Rose, because Finn’s role is to work with Poe while remaining on the ship.
TROS: Carrie Fischer was alive to film for it.

Star Wars Episode III: Labyrinth Of Evil (Released)
Time

You know what? Screw it. Enough people have asked for this the past few years that, even though I wouldn’t want it, I’ll just release a version with the alternate (or original) ending. I won’t give it subtitles or commentary track or anything special, and I’ll just release the big mkv version. Anyone inclined can download it and reencode to their satisfaction.

It will be identical up to the point at which the medical robot comes out. It’ll be the original version through the end of the movie, save for removing the line “she has lost the will to live” and altering the Vader scream to the Russian version as in LOE proper.

^ No, I’ve gotten quite used to that being that way by now. However, there have been a few projects from others that have taken the core of LOE and modified that part and other things. See link below for one.

For me, the whole edit was shaped and crafted with this change in mind, so undoing that would mean I’d need to undo a great deal of what makes LOE what it is. It would need more than an ‘alternate ending’ feature. At the very least, reverting the order of scenes and which are included, taking a few good strides back in the direction of ROTS.

Episode IX: The Rise Of Skywalker - Discussion * SPOILER THREAD *
Time

I’m still skeptical of Palpatine’s involvement in this, but we’ll see what happens.
I think he looks cartoony on this poster, though I wonder if he may be physically embodied differently in the film than in ROTJ, and if this is splitting the difference in order not to tip us off.
Is it the main poster, or a teaser?
