I haven't abandoned this project guys. I'm waiting for the blu ray LOL.
Welcome Mr. Embolism. Back when I played metal I always wanted to do something like that, but mine was mostly metal versions of Star Wars music.
Your project, a star wars inspired project, sounds leagues more interesting. Can't wait to hear it.

Reminds me of the time Mr. Bean did that to "Whistler's Mother".
Right on the money there!!!

I don't hate on Spielberg, but he hasn't made anything really worthwhile since Empire of the Sun which is sad.
Did you not see Tintin?
My LG Blu Ray player was about 60 bucks a year or 2 ago. It plays AVCHDs (which is why I chose it). Overall I haven't had any problems with it, and it does a fantastic job upscaling dvds.

It's a Stallone flick.
You can hear soundtrack clips on amazon.
That will be perfect for Goldeneye. Thanks for the heads up!!!
Yeah, smoking cigars was actually what helped me get off the cigarettes.

How about other Barry scores with a Bond-ish feel to create some character themes... like The Specialist?
Does anyone even remember that movie anyway?
(I only remember that it was bad, but the music SOUNDED like a Bond flick)
I don't know if I've even seen that movie. I'll look into it.

Excellent work, EyeShotFirst! I never really felt Eric Serra's score worked particularly well (not a particular fan of his work in general). This is a great musical substitute. I always felt Goldeneye was really a traditional Bond film, that mysteriously lacked the traditional Bond-esque score. Keep up the good work.
Thanks, I'm going to do a lot more extensive work. It's going to take a while with working, but thankfully my computer is a lot faster than it used to be, so editing isn't going to kill me.
One of my fondest gaming memories as a kid. Swords and Serpents blew my mind, because it was 3D, sort of.
Like most NES games, I never beat it, but I still had hours of fun with it. No fancy bells and whistles, just good plain fun.

The guy was a great composer.
I've gotten cases full of discs like this, and they sometimes don't hold the discs very well, or like the Predator Ultimate DVD, you couldn't get the f@#$er out
My Popeye box set, which I absolutely love, doesn't hold the discs. I just have to put them in and fold it carefully or they fall out.
They might've done a good job on this one. Somebody on Youtube will have an unboxing, guarantee it.
The Corridor 2010
This movie had potential at times, but in the end it fell flat. There was points in the film that could have developed into a great story, but nothing went anywhere.
3.6/10
For those that are disappointed with the change in direction from Goldeneye to Never Say Never Again, I am sorry.
The fact of the matter is, Never Say Never Again got a proper HD treatment, Goldeneye did not.
My computer isn’t the best with HD, but it is James Bond, not Star Wars.
I will be making a new intro sequence for this movie. I don’t want to be lazy and use the Thunderball sequence. I’m treating this as a separate film.
Thankfully with it being a Connery bond, I can go all brass and class with the soundtrack. I will be using Barry tracks, and a few outside sources. I’ve actually got the gut of my soundtrack compiled.
No I will not use the Never Say Never Again song in this film. Yeah, the Phyllis Hyman version is good, but if I’m going to go the Eon Bond route, I’m going all out.
Sure it’s the 80’s in this Bond, but aside from the technology, it still seems retro at points, so I’m going to play that up.
This should be interesting. Shame we can't get Box sets by who was playing Bond.
I just look at the prequels the way I look at the pilot to most good television shows. The best ones usually have the crappiest pilots.
My solution was to cut the footage to the 1991 soundmix, but that's a whole nother Vaseline covered obstacle to climb.
I've been buying a lot of vinyl lately. Trying to get a decent collection started up. Unfortunately I haven't found any good sales outside the web. Went to Goodwill and didn't find a thing, were as usually there is a lot of gold.
Just watched it. I gotta say, you did exactly what I wanted to do. Can't wait to see it with Deems Taylor's voice.
Rite of Spring was what gave me the most trouble. That's the whole reason I stopped. The Rite was too hard to line up, plus my computer was weezing to just run the program.
It could be edited to were Obi Wan is saying "Run Luke Run" while the actual duel takes place.
You would crap your pants if you watched what Harmy's done.
