Also Toy Story 2 is not a “children’s film” and maybe you think it’s unimportant but I (and many others) would consider not just when of the best sequels ever but also one of the best animated films of all time.

I will say, while a cool idea, adding up scores of individual tracks for an album’s score isn’t the most accurate way to judge an album. Some are greater than the sum of their parts and some less.

Some people do it wrong but the point of PC culture is treating others with respect. It’s coming from a good place, which makes me simply baffled when people call it things like “despicable.”
Personally, I feel being vehemently against PC culture is ridiculous. In my opinion, when you criticize people for criticizing real issues, you become a part of the problem,
because you are showing that you are more concerned with people who are supposedly infringing upon your liberties than people who are actually having their liberties infringed upon (which is what they’re concerned with).

It may be that we’re doing certain things on this forum that are detracting women and girls. And, we also have to find a way to encourage women and girls to post.
There is an age limit for signing up here so what criteria are you using “women and girls” when you reference them as members?
I don’t like to use the term “female” sense it seems a bit clinical and cold. I want to include people of all age groups.
I don’t believe all age groups can be members due to the age limit.
We have plenty of boys here so I don’t see the issue.
There is an age limit for a reason and the connotation of “boys and girls” over “men and women” could cause other issues. This is the internet, not the local summer school, and I would certainly not want to be affiliated with a place that could end up being harmful when the mix of adults and children on an internet forum happens.

Yes there are and probably have always been. Don’t know how happy they’d be to be kicked out. As someone who started posting here when I was 16, I sympathize. Age is but a number. I’m sure some the craziest members here are all adults (frevious, id, cum, huzini, etc.).

I don’t think any film is worth a zero out of ten. Every film has at least some effort put in, like picking up a camera or opening an editing program.
And most films have A LOT more work put into them than that (yes even bad ones).
More likely, they lose interest when they find out there aren’t any other women present. I know if I were to join a forum where 100.99% of the posters were women, I’d probably lose interest in posting without anyone to talk guy talk with.

Actually the totals I gave included the worldwide box office.
The domestic totals minus the foreign box office break down to:
- Watchmen - $107 million
- Sucker Punch - $36 million
Which paints an even uglier picture, which I didn’t need to do when the combined gross of foreign and domestic for both was ugly enough.
Sorry, I was thinking of 300, which made $460M on a $65M budget, and MoS, which made $668M on a $225M budget.
MOS was a success but not a very big one (a film typically needs to make at least double its budget to break even). That’s why WB added Batman for the next one.

Releasing the unaltered cuts at all blows the idea that Disney would want to impose one particular official version to hell, and putting them both on there with seamless branching is just too easy to not do, especially since there’s such a difference of opinion about the issue.
True, though I wonder if they care. I know if we were all in charge it would have every single variation imaginable. But I don’t think it’s all that important to them. Where do they stop with including the variations? My bet is they settle for just two distinct different versions: 77 and 11.

What’s the point of an unaltered release if it has the 81 crawl? Star Wars was released in 77, NOT 81.

I think they handled it pretty well despite the shitty premise. The “duel” would have been less than 10 seconds if it were in film or TV and it sewed the seeds of Vader finding out he had a son. Though he could have found that out some other way such as having looking at Luke through a security recording and seeing his old lightsaber and putting two and two together later on.
Meh, it was awful. Vader’s quest for the pilot who destroyed the Death Star in the original Marvel run was pretty epic. Through multiple issues he hunted down any leads he could find to discover the name of the pilot before he finally succeeded:
Very cool but a bit of a continuity snag in hindsight as Vader’s reaction isn’t quite what it would be considering the revelations of certain film yet to be released at the time.
If they release the theatrical with the 81 crawl I will be FUCKING PISSED.
