I get why Lucas didnāt want to kill off Han. It makes sense 30 years on, but killing one of the big three would have been a huge downer. Star Wars is essentially a fairy tale and good always triumphs over evil in those.
Well, this plan also included a very different sequel trilogy, with VII coming out not terribly long after ROTJ. It wouldnāt have been the ending.
A fair assessment. Iāll probably admit that I liked the show way more because of who I watched it with than I would have if Iād watched it on my own, but itās definitely solid.
At 384kbps Iād be shocked if it wasnāt.
hey man anime can be fucking cool dont hateedit: Most of it is garbage to be fair. Or Iām just trash enough to enjoy some of it.
Cowboy Bebop, Fullmetal Alchemist, Evangelion if youāre in the mood to be depressed for about a month afterwardā¦
Yeah, thatās about all I can come up with when it comes to anime Iāve enjoyed. (TV I mean, Iām not counting films.)
The absolute best use of this would be to take the face of ESB Yoda and put it over TLJ Yoda.
Quick Photoshop attempt;
I want some of what bottom Yodaās smoking.
Interesting, thank you! The DTS encodes have been distributed and available for a bit now (they were for HALās GOUT-patched 1997 5.1 audio) and I havenāt heard any complaints yet, so Iām hopeful that they work just fine.
It wasnāt supposed to be a Netflix movie. There was a fight with the two producers, one of which wanted to edit the movie to be more accessible, the other wanted to keep it as is. The compromise was keep it as is, but sell international distribution rights to Netflix to guarantee a return on investment.
So itās theatrical in the US, but Netflix a week later everywhere else.
Yeah, School of Rock is solid. Also High Fidelity, but heās also not the lead in that one.
Iām a billion and five quarters.
Thatās a lot of quarters.
And yet Iād still run out before finishing all my laundryā¦
Napoleon Dynamite > Nacho Libre
Equivalent of saying Conquest of the Planet of the Apes > Battle For the Planet of the Apes
Because both are objectively true statements?
You need to have the official Blu-Rays first before you can download this.
Thereās a theatrical bootleg that can be used as a reference for subtitle timing and positioning, too.
Tropic Thunder is another great example of the theatrical cut being vastly superior to the extended cut.
Both good points.

25 fatal school shootings since Columbine. How did each shooting come to an end? A thread. (1/x) https://www.aol.com/article/news/2018/02/15/fox-news-anchor-shepard-smith-lists-all-25-fatal-school-shootings-since-columbine/23362465/#slide=ad%23fullscreen

Some of the common themes:
-many shootings happened quickly and ended in suicide
-unarmed school staff de-escalated or subdued shooter in many cases
-in many of these cases school police were on campus. None stopped the shooting
I hate that Iām surprised at the number of school shootings since Columbine.
25 seems low.
Planet of the Apes (1968) ā 4/4
Beneath the Planet of the Apes (1970) ā 1.5/4
Escape from the Planet of the Apes (1971) ā 1.5/4
Conquest of the Planet of the Apes (1972) ā 2/4
Battle for the Planet of the Apes (1973) ā 1.5/4
Nacho Libre (2006) ā 4/4
Yojimbo (1961) ā 4/4
Aw man, Conquest is totally a 3/4! I agree with you on the others though.
Except Nacho Libre.
The sleepiness is starting to set inā¦90 more minutes til I can get the hell out of hereā¦
That wasnāt meant as a challengeā¦
Can you or anyone else predict me please?
I predict that youāll make at least one post that I donāt understand at all within the next 24 hours.
Neat, Iāve never seen the original. How is it?
Youāve obviously never seen any of Cormanās pre-Price films.
You would be correct.
Neat, Iāve never seen the original. How is it?
Ooh, the black and white original or the musical? And if itās the musical, which ending?
I work in a lab at a plastic factory doing quality control, and thereās only two production lines running tonight instead of the usual 4-5, so yep. Pretty slow.
Dude. No need to spam all three threads. Send a private message to HAL, heāll help you out. But like I said in the other thread, heās working on version 5 right now, which should be out before too long, so you should probably wait for that instead of getting version 4.2 or earlier.
And Iām sure there will be an announcement in all three threads when version 5 of each is finished.
Having said that, the previous versions have all been stellar (theyāre my preferred PT edits by a wide margin), so itās not like getting v4.2 will be a poor quality product or anything, but Iām sure version 5 will be the best possible iteration and well worth the brief wait.
