I'd like to see any future edits do something about "stolen data tapes."
I'm not sure what one could or should change it to, maybe just "stolen plans," but as advanced as they are, they probably wouldn't be storing information on tapes.
It's the only thing aside from the old CG Death Star in the briefing that was fixed for Revisited that jumps out to me as seeming dated.
Maybe when Padme gets knocked up, she can get Jedi powers from Anakin.
She doesn't fully understand how it happened, perhaps some part of him imprinted onto her, something overwritten or copied. It is at this point irrelevant. What matters is whatever happened, happened for a reason.
I think it might be better to not show Luke flying out of the DSII at the last second. Maybe show the shuttle small and in the background as Lando flies out (or just as the DS explodes if Lando doesn't make it) but it would add to tension if we last see him grieving over his father as the station is under attack and we're not entirely sure that Luke makes it out ok until Leia's "I can feel it" line. Up until then the audience could be left to wonder, since because Leia's alright that means Luke may yet be expendable.
And responding to the aforementioned ghost idea, I'd still prefer it to stay as the 3 Amigos at the end (Yoda, Anakin, and Obi-Wan.) They're the ones who knew Luke, and it would seem that at that point Luke is the only one who can see them, either by their choice or his ability.

While some of these production paintings are cool, some remind me how lucky we are that George Lucas wasn't able to to do everything he wanted back in the days of the OT.

I'd try to keep the same voices, but do things like Yoda with Grover lines, Solo has tons of options with all the Harrison Ford movies I could toy with, Luke could get lines from Guyver or that car movie from the 70's... something Summer I think...

I'd like to see some yellow where the sabers cross, though, since red + green = yellow in the wonderful world of light.
But then again, the film is supposed to be seen "through the eyes of the droids."
Ok. Some may view this as a "Best Edit Idea" depending on a certain point of view, but it could cause some trouble for the rebels later. This is my take on Luke getting fed up with the Ewoks' buffoonery.
