That menu video shows a unfinished shot of Watto when you have selected the 'deleted/extended scene' section.

And how many of them are finished. (We know from the Watto shot that some of them are not.)

I don't understand that. I dislike Lucas' attitude of not releasing the OOT, but that doesn't stop me from liking some changes of the SE.

I guess it's a Star Wars trait. The DVD menus were great, and there was nothing like them on DVD.
