I’d rather donate to a project regarding ALIENS.
I wish both 1 and 2 had proper 4k hdr transfers without the awful digital tinkering. 😦
Same. And with original cinema audio in lossless too.
Would be better if someone scanned a 35mm print instead of whatever the fuck this is attempting.
Or you could understand that they aren’t always available to be scanned, and scanning and restoring takes money and a lot of time. No need to shit on every project that could look better with a print.
Yes, this would look much better with a print and project.
And So stwd4ndr2 What Do You Want
The US Theatrical Cut with original audio
Well, shit. Look here: https://www.blu-ray.com/movies/The-Good-the-Bad-and-the-Ugly-4K-Blu-ray/283312/ https://www.kinolorber.com/product/the-good-the-bad-and-the-ugly-4k-uhd

I know this thread is old but if you still have the commentary I would be interested. Thanks
I do. PM me please.
Have both The Criterion Collection LD and Image LD commentaries. Separate files.
How does this compare to the 4k ?
Color wise? Better.
Audio wise? Better.
Definition? Worst of course; still some shots have bigger frame size.
You should make an entirely new project but make it a BD50 instead of a BD25. With the source video from the 4K disc, audio from the ARROW BD and Universal Signature LD, and uncensored commentary from the Universal LD and/or early DVDs.
Was this ever completed?
No updates? I doubt it.

This project is officially over since it’s being officially released via 4K disc on September 6th, 2022. All would be needed would be downscale to 1080p and SDR, without DNR or EE, if this isn’t also on BD.
slaynmage’s version had too much DNR already because of the shoddy bullshite upscaling.
is now on kino lorber 4k
I don’t believe so. The Kino Lorber version is close, but different elements.
Incorrect. It’s the USA Theatrical version, 162 minutes, on the Kino Lorber 4K+BD. https://www.blu-ray.com/movies/The-Good-the-Bad-and-the-Ugly-4K-Blu-ray/283312/ https://www.kinolorber.com/product/the-good-the-bad-and-the-ugly-4k-uhd
There’s a longer cut released in Italy on 4K+BD with a fugly piss yellow filter, but there’s that. It’s 175 minutes https://www.blu-ray.com/movies/Il-Buono-il-Brutto-il-Cattivo-4K-Blu-ray/300959/
Both are SDR aka BT.709 colorspace.

This project is officially over, since it’s being officially released via 4K disc, as GuitarClef stated.
This is ridiculously excessive.
Does anyone have a copy of the 25gb mkv fan edit of the uncensored Who Framed Roger Rabbit? I’ve been trying to find it for a while now.
It’s not a fan edit when it’s for the uncensored version.
A 35mm scan would be better.
I have the Australian Blu-ray disc too. The mono track isn’t missing cues. http://dvdcompare.net/comparisons/film.php?fid=18450#2
Only interested in the US Theatrical version since it was last on DVD. No idea what cut is on the US BD, which I also have. The international cut is on the US BD
Thanks! I rarely watch that disc.
This would be a nice back-up if it were scanned at 4K on a most excellent scanner. Large file-size too, mkv, H.265, HDR, and original cinema audio. If it’s 1080p still, big pass on that.
Bobson Dugnutt’s made extended versions of TPM and ROTS. And last time I checked, he’s in the process of creating one for TESB.
1080p or 4K?
Long shot, but does anyone have contact info for BillyLo? I left him a PM a while back but he hasn’t logged in for over six months.
For Enter the Dragon - Theatrical?
It’s been officially released https://www.blu-ray.com/movies/Bruce-Lee-His-Greatest-Hits-Blu-ray/265461/ I own it, and I highly recommend the set I linked.
What about this?

Damn expensive though.lacks the original mono track
Prime’s version has the mono though
Well, shit. I’d rather disc compared to streaming anyway. Unless if someone made their own custom disc, perhaps. Or scanning a 35mm print in very excellent quality.

You can use our version and extract the tracks that you only want, I sent you the invitation by PM.
Thanks.
Since this forum doesn’t have a search function, I’ve been pondering if anyone has made Extended Editions of STAR WARS, THE EMPIRE STRIKES BACK, RETURN OF THE JEDI, THE PHANTOM MENACE, ATTACK OF THE CLONES, and REVENGE OF THE SITH.
Would be fairly much the deleted scenes for each film in the proper placements. Of course original cinema release versions being extended and not the Special Edition alterations, 200 4DVD alterations, the 2011 BD alterations, nor the 2018 Disney+/2019 4K+BD alterations.
I figure someone already has, are restoring the deleted scenes from sources available, and there are quite a few threads about this.
No, I don’t care about any projects regarding the Sequel Trilogy.
How about a version with different Japanese audio tracks, no dubs, and all subtitles? Can it be done?
You know he has nothing to do with the JP film scanning project, right?
He better not…
Thanks for this project, TGR97! Will be nice additions to my ever growing official releases I own of this series.
