He's mostly correct, actually. SW: Galaxies as a whole isn't considered canon because a good majority of it contradicts the films and other EU. Only certain aspects of it that don't change and don't contradict the films are considered canon.

But still, considering Yoda's incredible life span, he wouldn't have aged that much in those 20-some years. The two things I wish (but I know probably won't be) done to the OT Yoda is to make him completely digital like in ROTS, and have Frank Oz re-record his dialogue.

Yes. I concur. All of the films should have been released with individual titles, similar to how the James Bond films were. Can you imagine the Bond fans saying "I like number five and all the early ones, but number twenty and all the new ones are stupid."

Yes. So all I want added to ROTS is the first Rebel Alliance scene. I have now decided that it is best to leave the viewer as uncertain where Yoda went. And by doing this, you wopnder where Yoda will come back into the plot.

Also, like I said, having that Dagobah shot in ROTS would confuse audiences with Kashyyyk.

I wonder what would have happened if one of the fans at the Q & A at Celebration III last April would have confronted him with a copy of Splinter of the Mind's Eye with his forward in it, and told him that in his own words he was going to make nine films. I wonder how he would have reacted to that!
