What was this different footage the french version used?

Also, what is the exact beginning of the english holiday special? The KCCI version has it opening on the Falcon flying away from Tatooine. I know there are several fan edits that used a tape as source material that didn't record the first few seconds, and the DVD authors attempt to cover this up. But, was this the case as well with the KCCI?

They don't seem to notice the difference in voice in the current version. Han and Luke would simply use their regular voice, as they always do in the movie when in the stormtrooper outfits. Temuerra Morrison would sound much better as the voice of the stormtroopers, and make thing s more consistant, even though Battlefront II has tried to explain this.

formula H = 0.5g x t squared.But bad luck
on the barometer.

Or if the sun is shining you could measure the height of the barometer, then set
it on end and measure the length of its shadow.
Then you measure the length of the skyscraper's shadow, and thereafter it is a
simple matter of proportional arithmetic to work
out the height of the skyscraper.

But if you wanted to be highly scientific about it, you could tie a short piece
of string to the barometer and swing it like a
pendulum, first at ground level and then on the roof of the skyscraper. The
height is worked out by the difference in the
gravitational restoring force T = 2 pi sq rroot (l / g).

Or if the skyscraper has an outside emergency staircase, it would be easierto
walk up it and mark off the height of the
skyscraper in barometer lengths, then add them up.

If you merely wanted to be boring and orthodox about it, of course, you could use
the barometer to measure the air pressure
on the roof of the skyscraper and on the ground, and convert the difference in
millibars intofeet to give the height of the building.

But since we are constantly being exhorted to exercise independence of mind and
apply scientific methods, undoubtedly the
best way would be to knock on the janitor's door and say to him 'If you would
like a nice new barometer, I will give you this
one if you tell me the height of this skyscraper'."


Some claim that the student was Niels Bohr, the only Dane to win the Nobel prize for Physics.

Didn't he say he planned to replace the voices of all the OT stormtroopers with Temuerra Morrison's voice, but forgot to in the 2004 DVD's? I hope he fixes them.

Myself, other than that, I would like to see a short shot at the end of ANH where Vader's TIE lands on Coruscant at the same place Dooku's did in AOTC. And of course the lightsabers, esp in ANH, need SERIOUS work.

(And no, I won't say my other wish)
