Which Fan edit of the original Trilogy should I download?

Been wanting to rewatch the Trilogy again with my GF she hasn’t seen it before I want to give her the closest experience to the theatrical cut possible. I have seen multiple Fan Edits online which one do you think is the closest and accurate to the original cut ?

Many people appear to go for Harmy’s Despecialized Editions, or TN1’s 4K77/4K80/4K83 preservations. But there are others to choose from too.
