That's my take, as well....
That's my take, as well....
Woah, cool! Can I get his autograph? lol
I'm with You_Too - I think I know who it might be...
"If you think you should avoid the gangsters by leaving the room, turn to page 45. If you think you should take Jimmy's advice, turn to page 76."
JK, Frink. Great job on the edit! :D
Yay! I made into a Frink credit line! :)
Of those, I like bobgarcia's.
Do I get a credit for my other line? :D
Possibly, I hadn't thought of that. I was just going to jump to the original soundtrack when the Kostal one cuts out (if I couldn't salvage a bit from later on in the track) but a modern replacement might be OK, too. Anyone know what orchestra was used? I could try to find a recording done by that orchestra...
There is a severe edit of about 15 measures during the "Awakening of Happy Feelings Upon Entering the Countryside" movement of the Pastoral symphony (possibly scenes with Sunflower) on the Kostal CD. I know what you mean - 2 CDs and they couldn't fit everything? Maybe that's why the Disney corp. didn't release it as an alternate soundtrack. Also, the Night on Bald Mountain section speeds up. A lot. I'm really struggling working with it to try to make it not so noticeable. I don't know if they listened to the old soundtrack while making the new one, or just watched the film while making the new one. If anyone knows, that would help me quite a bit (and would explain a few things, too).
Yes, still working on this, it is just slow going... I did all the easy parts first, so now I am working on the fairly difficult portions - specifically the Beethoven 5th and the Night on Bald Mountain/Ave Maria. IIRC, that is all I have left, but I still need to do a run-through/WP to test everything to make sure it all works the way it should. It is odd because both of those pieces had parts cut out of them for the CD soundtrack - portions that are/should be present in the movie! :S
I will need the help of the forum when it comes time to create the file - I'm sort of a noob when it comes to that, and would like to save it with the best quality but a decent sized file. Any suggestions as to file format and compression I should use?
How about "I am invincible!"
I'm with you on the Sparta reference. I thought maybe it was just me. :)
Or, "This is Sparta!!!"
Oh, that's right - I think I even suggested it! :) Can I help it if that is my favorite line from that movie? lol
How about, "You guys are just chickens - cheep, cheep, cheep, cheep!" or "I am invincible!"

Would, "I have a bad feeling about this" work?
Eh, seems like something Lucas would do.
That's why I suggested it! :P
How about, "I'm fed up with this world" - or is that line reserved for Jango?
Great news! Terribly excited to see this project... :D
Would, "I have a bad feeling about this" work?
No kidding! Would he be able to use these, though? Copyright and all that...
Great clip, Frink! hahahaha

Regarding the Pulp Fiction line, are we talking about the "English, do you speak it?" one?
Well, I thought we were talking about the line from "Ezekiel 25:17: The path of the righteous man is beset on all sides by the inequities of the selfish and the tyranny of evil men. Blessed is he who, in the name of charity and good will, shepherds the weak through the valley of the darkness, for he is truly his brother's keeper and the finder of lost children. And I will strike down upon thee with great vengeance and furious anger those who attempt to poison and destroy My brothers. And you will know I am the Lord when I lay My vengeance upon you."
You know, just a cold-blooded thing to say to a motherf*cker before you pop a cap in his ass kill him with a lightsaber.
This is the line I was thinking of... :D
That would be pretty funny!
Could Mace recite his Pulp Fiction line right before he kills Jango?
Awesome! hahahahaha :D
Yeah - how/why would they do that? I mean really, does that change the film that much? Or was it intentional...
While we're at it, how's the process coming on Ep. IV? Just wondering - don't want to sound anxious... :)
Yay!
Does that mean it is finished?

If I understand correctly, that's exactly what he's doing.

OK, now I really want to hear "Spanish" Greedo... :D

Jdownloader was only giving me 1 file at a time, downloading it at 50 kbs, then the rest erroring out saying the hoster was having problems.
I'm just going to trust that the workprint is ok and fight with uloz to get the final version.
Glad I'm not the only one. I'm going to try to get it a few more times, but I may have to wait for the final. :(
