Ever heard of Google?

Actually we just had to change our domain to .org so if you google "myspleen" the .cc address. That being said, .cc is still working so if you do google "myspleen" the .cc site will open just fine.

Do you have an account on Myspleen? They are all seeded.

Oh. No direct download?

nope, just on myspleen.

I talked to the encoder on dejatoons IRC (great place, check it out) and he said that they only had 11 d3coded episodes on TV (all on myspleen). He also said that there were a couple that were only on starwars.com for a short time and then gone forever. He did manage to make Webrips but can't find them.

Thanks! I found them on Myspleen and I'm leeching them now for when Darth Mallwalker has a chance to seed them.

Will there be any old 1997 SE broadcast version stuff hitting myspleen? Wasn't it from there to begin with?

I wasn't planning on putting anything up but anyone is welcome to as long as it's done properly (with project creator's consent and with credit given). What are you looking for specifically?

ISOMIX ANH is ripped & ready

Is that the version that plays more like a silent film with subtitles? I confuse all the different versions.

The silent film prequels is this one:

http://fanedit.org/1597/

Thanks for pointing me in the right direction I was looking for that a while back.

Which one is the ISOMIX then? So confused.

You know they won't be able to resist.

They will. Filoni already said to be against Han being in the show.

That's good news.

BTW, on Myspleen we have the d3c0ded version of the 1st season of the current Clone Wars series. It was played during a CW marathon and includes pop-up windows of background info and fun facts through out the show much like when they used have "Pop Up Videos" of music videos on VH1 or MTV (I can't remember which).

Here's a resized screen just to give you an idea:

Not sure why the screen is blurry but you get the idea.

You're welcome. It seems much faster now.
Wouldn't you know it -- I'm upping something else ATM, so now I apologize for keeping you waiting. I'll be back.

No problem, I have a list of things to watch so there is no hurry.

Lando or Han showing up will be the point where I turn off the TV and delete my scheduled recording of the show.

You know they won't be able to resist. They'll find a way to show a preOT relationship between Lando and Han and turn it into a love/friendship triangle with Chewy (or something equally ridiculous). If there is a way to bring in Han Solo, they will...and it won't be good. Even if it's just a way to sell Han Solo Clone Wars toys (which they will sell the hell out of).

The 2D animation show that I and haraldo23 like is definitely over the top but that's always been the style of the animator (who did an awesome job with Samurai Jack) so I was happy to Star Wars done in the same fashion.

The DVDs are OOP so I'm thinking of putting them up on myspleen as they are not commercially available.

Hey, I've been lurking, waiting for Dark Jedi's v3 to drop, and it looks like it might be out on myspleen - hoping to be able to grab it and help seed, abusing my bandwith cap for all it'll take... could I get an invite?

Thanks much!! I haven't had a copy of star wars in years, looking forward to some fresh screenings.

Add these to the 'recently revived' list:

-MakingMagic by FanFiltration
-MeBeJedi - SW Prototype
-Story of Star Wars by MoveAlong

And these 'coulda been a contender'

1) Return of the Ewok
Two active torrents with nearly identical content -- could seed either one

2) ISOMIX trilogy

Now here's the problem with those two: the leechers seem to be overextended.
walkingdork has 241 torrents open at once, while the other leecher has only 93 open.
Meanwhile I twiddle my thumbs while the bytes trickle out of here. Actual upload speed is far below the bandwidth I'd allocated.
Do you suppose there's any corellation there?

Hey leechers if you want these, will you consider allocating more download bandwidth?
You should be downloading faster than I can upload. The other way is no fun for me.

Finally, I tried seeding King Diamond videos but got no takers. That's available on Demonoid too, which I hadn't been aware.

Sorry about that. I went on vacation and I didn't want someone to seed an unseeded torrent and not be there to download it (most of the torrents I am leeching are dead). My download speed is also quite embarrassing at the moment anyway, but I hope to be back to using broadband internet soon.

Thanks for everything you have done. And if you are willing to reseed King Diamond again, I am on it right now, otherwise I can get it somewhere else. Thanks again.

I miss the days when MySpleen was full to the brim with Star Wars related content.  As well as hard to find cartoons and what not.

The past couple years have just sort of felt like the only new content was Adult Swim stuff and a few comedians everyone liked (David Cross, Patton Oswalt a Zach Galifianakis).

I hear you. I also miss all the MST3K but that's been moved to the DAP tracker (check it out if you like Mystery Science Theater 3000).

I think most of our rare shows and cartoons are still well seeded. We've found some HQ quality cartoons that have replaced older and lower quality stuff. So shows like Eek! the Cat and Earthworm Jim are now HQ when before all we had was horrible quality VHSrips.

If there's a show that you want or think is missing from myspleen, you can always request it in our forums.

I would love to see a return to form.

I actually may have a Star Wars related project of my own to upload there soon.

Sounds good, I'm looking forward to it. And I would also like to see a Star Wars come back on the spleen. Hopefully dark_jedi's V3 DVDs are just the beginning. :)

Out of curiosity, walkingdork, is there a name for the software used to run MySpleen?  To me, it's identical (save the skin) to how BitMeTV was back when I had an account there.  Do other private trackers use the same setup?

I really didn't know so I asked IcyFlamez (on our IRC channel). Here was his response:

[01:04] <IcyFlamez> a heavily, heavily modded tbsource (also known as tbdev)
[01:05] <IcyFlamez> aside from the layout and some superficial code you probably wouldn't even know it was tbdev/source :)

Star Wars coming to Blu Ray (UPDATE: August 30 2011, No! NOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOO!!!!!!!!)

Exactly why I've never changed my signature.

I'm glad you haven't changed it. I had never read it before coming here. Before that I was foolishly hopeful that eventually there would be a theatrical release considering it has become a trend among other new blurays. Now it's painfully clear that it will never happen.

And for people who think it's natural for artists to add to and change their masterpiece, remember that Leonardo da Vinci didn't go back and add a bigger smile to the Mona Lisa. (I just got done reading the comments on the SW bluray release on starwars.com) Some people love the additions and that's great, but let's have the original as well please.
