I can see why he would make such a play of releasing one but other than pulling one of the most high profile hoaxes since the Hitler Diaries for a joke I can't see why he would do the other.

EGO. George's massive ego, fed by "yes" men that fill the Lucas Ranch.

And to fool idiots who think its real.

The question is, will these deleted scenes be remastered? If so, big frikkin wow.

That's not a "deleted" scene. Mark H. himself said that he never did that scene. What you see is someone else playing Luke. Big whoop.

I like Mark Hamill. But he is a lier.

You know, it's bad enough that I have to read this "Hamill is a liar" nonsense once, let alone in six different threads.

*sigh*

*sigh* all you want, but he was asked and he lied about it on camera.

It seems you're the one spewing nonsense.

g-force, I am not rushing you in any way, shape or form, but do you have any idea at all when we might see the ROTJ script being final, whether it be a few days, a month, whatever?

Thanks man just want to keep these together, but if it is going to be a pretty long time yet then I can slow down a bit on finishing these 2.

Most likely a few months, Sorry.

G-Force hasn't even logged in since July. Anybody know how to get in touch with him?

If so please pass along our well wishes and let him know he's missed.

I was just thinking, as good as the '97 LD DD 5.1 audio sounds wouldn't it be a good alternate audio if that could be edited to the GOUT? I am in no way bashing what hairy_hen and Satanika are doing but I am not sure if they are using any of this for there 5.1 upmixes, although I could be wrong, I do not read every single post in every single thread LOL.

I am just really, really impressed with the '97 5.1 audio, really sounds fantastic, at least to me.

and as far as an update on this project, I am still checking all audio PCM's I have, and still waiting on the same things as before, so nothing really happening as of yet sorry to say.

Can't disagree. I like the rumbling bass of the '97 audio.

So I downloaded the file, and the command line wavepak program...

had a fun frustrating time trying to remember how to run command line programs...finally just dropped the .wv file onto the decode.exe and BAM, it decoded it and its CRC checks out.

DJ do you want me to upload it still? It will take all night...but if someone is already doing it or if you got the file to decompress I dont want to waste my computer time.

Its understandable that this project will never be "finished" but to not realease the captures knowing that the project is completely dead is just stupid and dishonest. Why should just a select few be privy to the ONLY XO captures ever to exist? A big bird to you sir!

But thanks to Dark_Jedi's OT GOUT V3 we will have what we deserved all along.

That aside, it'd be a shame if the X0 captures never saw the light of day. I definitely want to release something, we'll have to decide in the near future exactly what.

Not to sound incredulous but have the past 3 months been enough time to decide? Zion you still with us?

Not sure if anyone here noticed, but I'm the head admin on the TFN forums now. I don't get over here as much as I'd like to anymore.

Well another 6 months and no X0 captures.

Here's a proposal/idea, and before you get combative, hear it out, think it through. How about a donation drive to Ady to get what he has finished of ESB:Revisited released by Christmas or by the end of January? Maybe he can finish all the easier effects touch ups if any left, leaving out the new model Wampa and the few other models he wants to build, the donations from this will help fund building and finishing and those for the v 2.0 to be released later in 2010.

Again....

Lets say set a goal at 400 usd dollars/ (243 pounds.) maybe even 500 dollars (304 pounds) he then can release a Version 1.0 by late January, perhaps slightly sooner, and then from these donations he gets more funding to finish all his models and release a version 2.0 later next year. These donation goal amounts are just an example, they can be higher or lower, of course. It's not much different than donations for cameos proposal or a lottery for workprints. Think about it. If agreed to I'll donate at least 50 bucks, you have my word. But whatever goal to is set, he must get that amount to be able to release v 1.0 earlier than if we had to wait months for all the models to be done. This is a way to get the donations rolling in. Build enthusiasm too!

Edit: and yes vaderios, more people seeing v 1.0 will give him even more feedback.

You are being absolutely absurd and coldhearted. Give it a rest. But it was this way with SW:R as well wasn't it. I remember your annoying impatient posts in that thread too. Give it a rest.

The man's mother is gravely ill and all you can think about is what's best for YOU.  Unbelievable.

*Didn't want to start a whole thread for this, and there isn't one anywhere for random thoughts, so anyway, I'll post it here*

This is today's Uncle John calendar entry:

ALL ABOUT C-3PO FROM STAR WARS

• C-3PO (played by Anthony Daniels) has the first line in the first movie (“Did you hear that?”) and the last line in the last one (“Oh no!”).

• Daniels, on getting the part: “I was quite insulted to be offered a role as a robot; I was a serious actor. I wasn’t going to be in some weird American movie as a robot, yet my agent insisted.”

• Kenny Baker (R2-D2), on Daniels: “He’s been such an awkward person over the years. If he just calmed down and socialized with everyone, we could make a fortune touring and making personal appearances. I’ve asked him four times now but the last time he looked down his nose at me like I was a piece of s*#@ and said, ‘I don’t do any of these conventions—go away, little man.’"

That last one sounds like it's from "Bring Back...Star Wars", but I'm sure Mr. Baker has recounted that sad viewpoint many, many times over the years.

Yes there is. It's called Star Wars general discussions. Can you people stop posting stuff in here that has NOTHING to do with Adywan's thread?

-Although, i go for a DAMN no way on removing the Lambada shutlle from Jedi. Its the most georgious space-ship ever designed, and we get get to see the most of it Endor (i get your way of thinking, but i have seen the the shuttle with an alternitive design, so I urge you to think of some sort of of a work around when you get to Jedi). Thats just messing with the OT too much. But thats another totally seperate project from here.

Not that it matters much but I completely agree. I always thought that the OT having 3 slightly different opening scenes, all involving Star Destroyers , ROTJ opening was my favorite.

It might be. Has anyone else here been posting mattes? I've seen some of Angel's recent mockups, which are great. He's a great conceptual artist.

Gosh, I wonder if any of us stupid country folk can figure this one out? lol
