Here is the full image with several different logos. I think the red looks the best. Both the yellow and the white just don't do it.

That's why the logo is red, but I can change it to yellow just to see.

I'm not fond of the ewok, but he is able to blend into the ANH poster very nicely. I'll do a yellow logo night.

How else doesn't the "Star Wars Trilogy" logo look "off"?

Alrighty then...

Here is a rough up of the design I did. The image wraps around all three sides of the box. Yes it is modeled after the 1990-ish box set. No I didn't scan it in; this is 100% original pieced together from the posters themselves. The perspective isn't right, but you get the idea.

Here it is:

I don't know if anyone has mentioned it yet, but Han's line in the Greedo scene has been restored. After Greedo says, "I've been looking forward to this for a long time," in the SE new dialogue was recorded and the line was, "I bet you have" with different intonation. Now the line is restored to the original, "Yes, I bet you have" with all the sarcasm in the world! Happy Happy, Joy Joy!

I think the original poster art would be the best option as it deliniates the classic trilogy. I always liked the art on the early 90's box set with the three posters blended together. Another obvious option is the 1995 set, but I don't think we have many faces fans, do we?

I can always whip up some original art, but that would take time, especially in my final semester before graduation.

Ultimately it should hold four, because even with the new discs in TR47's set, all seven will fit nicely in four cases.

Isn't the technical timeline:

Ep I - Anakin is 10 (32 years or so before ANH)
Ep II - Anakin is 19, almost 20 (Around 9.5 years has passed)
Ep III - Anakin is 23 (Around 3 years has passed)
Ep IV - Anakin is 43 (Around 20 years has passed)
Ep V - Anakin is 46 (Around 3 years have passed)
Ep VI - Anakin is 47 (A little over 6 months has passed)

That sounds like a remix on the voice. You'll notice how originally Vader's voice changed from film to film. Ben Burtt probably remixed all the original James Earl Jones ADR in favor of tonal consistency.
