BATMAN 1989 Revisited (slightly). (A WIP)
Time

This edit will be basically DOUBLE 'O’s edit of the film with some slight modifications, and color correction.
I will also be undoing and re-doing some of the changes I didn’t like in that edit, and I will try to re-do them in a slightly better way. This edit will be in 4K, as I’m only using O’s edit for just the scenes he fixed, and even at that, I will mask in the changes to keep it as pure 4K as possible.

Sources:
.Batman 1989 Ultimate Edition 1080p [Double ‘O’ Productions]
.Batman 1989 4K remastered Blu-ray (with CC)

Release info:
Undecided.

Question regarding which is the right forum for fanedit I'm working on
Time

fan edits that don’t have to do with star wars
go here: https://originaltrilogy.com/discussion/Fan-Edits-and-Projects-for-Other-Properties/id/11

Also of course it will be allowed, just don’t share direct links to you’re edit (besides clips and pics)
If you want to share it, just pm the guy who wants it.

my ESB Grindhouse Fan Colour Correction (Released)
Time

The Blue Color Correction looks great, similar to the 2011 Grade. I wish the 2011 grade wouldn’t get so much flack, it really isn’t the bad. Just be careful with your work and make sure it doesn’t get stolen.

What do you mean stolen? no one here is allowed to state these as “their property” Any edit made belongs to the respected copyright holder, in this case Disney/Lucasfilm. saying “Don’t steal my work” makes no sense, as you did not make it, just adjusted it, which in no way makes you entitled to own it.

Also on another hand the 2004 master (2011 Blu-ray) is terribly color graded, it has crushed blacks, unnatural hues, blues where there shouldn’t be any blues, and don’t even get me started on the magenta flashes.

ESB: Unfinished lightsaber effects restoration. (file Recovered!!!)
Time

I’ve cleaned up the unfinished lightsaber scenes from Team Negative 1’s “ESB Scope Teaser” I’ve eliminated all the visible scratches/dust and de-grained the image without losing any quality.
I’ve re-grained the image slightly, using grain from an original 35mm source. enjoy.

If you would like this clip then send me a PM.
If you want to use this in your edit, then you can use it.
No need for any credit 😉.

ANH GOUT Reconstruction (WORK HAS BEGUN FOR GOOD)
Time

Ronster said:

I like this because I like the way the Gout looks and it sounds like your also not going for a solid recreation as in warts and all including sound fixes and so on although I’m not hearing you talk about synch fixes which there are numerous times it goes wrong and out of synch. That would be a perhaps good idea as it’s akin to removing garbage mattes.

So although the GOUT is good there is a decision you must make on the Yavin take oFF shot will you go with the Orange recomposite planet with better color or the red planet messed up original?

But hey looking forward to seeing how this come along. 😃

I will be going with whatever the gout looks like in that shot, when I get to it anyway.
