Really minor gripe with the added holo display of the Death Star orbit. Itās well done for sure, but unlike the interactive tactical panels added to Echo Base that blend in seamlessly, the colored 3d holo as a centerpiece here feels detached from the OT aesthetic somehow (plus the original is such a cool design).
Yeah but itās also a cheeky way to add a hologram into ANH, as in EVERY other film (including the OT) there are holograms except for ANH so yeah, I stand by adyās decision on that one.

Thats shot is down to lowrys cleanup. There are so many frames in the 2011 release that have part of the image from the following frame . Its usually the first frame in a shot that has a section of the following frame. You can see the ghosting where the real frame in that section is underneath. But also the SE changes, so many werenāt rendered in full HD, just 720p. Some elements werenāt even render in HD at all.

Huh? Iām pretty sure that the new Death Star explosion doesnāt use any elements from either of the Alderaan explosions. Unless you were suggesting using the new explosion for Alderaan too, in which case I heavily disagree.

Outside Palpatineās office, it looks like.
I personally think itās a bad idea. One of this editās goals is to make Sidious being Palpatine more of a surprise, it would be weird to add more connections between the two. And even in-universe, it would be dumb for Palpatine to invite his secret evil assassin to his very high-profile apartment.
