This should give you an idea what watching a Grindhouse version would be like, there is not too much damage, except near the heads and tails, however there are artifacts throughout the movie.

There would be no money or profits in releasing the OT in 4k. It would take too long, and they don't have the budget to clear up the legal issues for it. Not to mention straightening out the political issues which are a bigger.

It's not going to happen. Not in any way that would satisfy the people here.

We are only planning a HD 1080p release, as thats the most popular format. Vimeo might have had downloads, but it takes a long time to post files there. We are only showing these previews in streaming to give an idea of what it will look like. Dailymotion is a lot more convenient for us.

There could be a future clip to post, but it would be a lot shorter, maybe a few seconds long.

There is no current plans to release them concurrently. It would be nice to release Return of the Jedi first, because it has the least amount of damage, but logistics will not make it likely. 

What you are seeing here, are the clips that Harmy has, and will be getting for his version. We will incorporate our own version later on, and will also be integrating other scans for replacement frames, if needed.

We haven't even started on the cleanup for FUJI Empire Strikes Back, so it's possible that will be last.

Star Wars is our first priority, and always will be. Since we are working on parallel on some of the projects, that is speeding up some of the timetable, but we are still so far away, we can't even predict when they will be done.

Color correction will be done during the final phase, on calibrated monitors, Also it will vary due to your device. It has been checked on Viewsonic and Sony Crt's, along with LG and Samsung Lcd's. All have a different look to them.

We are anticipating to have a preview workprint in a few months, and previews of Reel 1 and 6 also. We are hoping for a release this year so we can move onto the other projects.
