FYI! Netflix is now streaming Pre-Blu-ray mastered versions of the Back to the Future Trilogy. They have no DNR or EE, bttf1 has the pink wheels on the skateboard still, and NO “to be continued” tag, bttf 2 still has some nice grain, no temporal dnr, and NO “coming summer 1990” tag during bttf 3 trailer, bttf 3 has no temporal dnr. I hope someone is capturing this.

Hey I downloaded the AVCHD version of 2.7, however there isn’t any mount option that I can use to burn onto a disc. Anyone know of any solutions?
Download and install Imgburn but be careful NOT to select suspicious or unnecessary options while installing. I’ve never had a problem like others have, just be wary. Heres a link:

I’ve just made two MKVs, one with mkvtoolnix and the other with makemkv (so I can see the results). Can you give me a specific example of a problem with yours? It is certainly possible that mkvtoolnix is having difficulty joining together certain types of tracks while maintaining interleave points perhaps that’s the source of the problem?
One problem with mine was the audio syncing: notably while the admiral is mocking Vader’s religion and while Porkins says “I’m right with you Red 3”. There were other places but those two pop in mind. There were also horizontal video tears sprinkled throughout, ranging from minimal to very offensive. Those varied with each export, however.
You should try out makemkv. It’s free, easy to use, and I’ve only had great results with it.
