jakeandelwooduk was so kind to provide me the HDTV open matte rip (in 25 fps) and again, it is quite different from the 3D one. A lot more color saturation and the framing also seems to be slightly different (besides the lower bitrate and thus data reduction artefacts of course):
Can you also share it with me ? I’ll see what I can do.
Is this referring to the 15.97 GB’s mkv on Rutracker?

rwzmjl is right, Spider-Man 2 aired on Cinemax at least (logo shown at the start) and I’m unsure about 3:
Part 3 Open Matte 16:9 is/was on Hulu. I have the file and downloaded it from Rutracker. It’s on Usenet as well.

It’s not perfect by any means but I think everyone will find it much more enjoyable now.
Except for those of us that can’t obtain it, which is probably the majority of us.
Does a VPN not help in this type of situation? Or is there still an issue making payment using VPN?
My VPN worked set to UK - Manchester. All payment options had to show I’m from the UK and alas I’m not.

Before 2021 Fantasia was the worst restored/preserved. Second worst was THX1138. But since then THX1138 is now last place since Fantasia has come so far. Right now you essentially have two choices for THX1138. Either the laserdisc rip or the Grindhouse Edition. And the laserdisc version looks pretty rough in this day and age.
