Recently Wraith did an extended Chronological fanedit of T.H.8. What do you think of also doing yours in chronological order? (alternate version)
@ThePotatoParadox909

I’m really looking forward to this.
Due to some unfortunate circumstances in the past few days, I have decided to no longer give out links to this project until further notice. I’ll let you know when if/when it will be available again.
How’s the Who Framed Roger Rabbit project coming along?
@Acbagel
PM sent. Thanks!
Unfortunately this is no longer available on Youtube. I’d love it if somebody shared it.
@uhdfan93
PM sent! Thanks!
just wanted to note that there is now a 4K out of this, officially. It looks great.
Necrobump alert!!
But thanks for the info.
Has anyone ripped it or know how to download DRM protected stuff on Youtube?

The 4K Blu Ray will be released soon in February 2025.
Where is this information from? If it’s from The Digital Bits, Bill Hunt is a shite-arse.
All over the place but most importantly:
PM sent. Thanks! Oh and it’s not available at fanedit dot info.

I believe our PM called “TESB Color Correction” is possibly referring to your correction in this thread.
Oh ok. This project was stopped a while back… if I can find the files I"ll send you a lut. How does that sound?
That sounds good. Then maybe I might ask you how to use a lut.
what editing software do you use?
if you can’t figure it out, once I find the lut I’ll apply it myself and send you the film.On www.thestarwarstrilogy.com there’s directions for applying a lut with Ripbot264 which is one of my go-to encoders. I’ll first try with Ripbot.
As long as it works with .cube luts that should be perfect.
It does!
Perfect. When I find the lut (somewhere in my edit files) I’ll pm you.
Have you found it?

There’s also a “DCPrip” on usenet although I’m not sure if there’s a difference with the Russian one.
Have you seen the Russian 4K rip? Higher quality than the blu-ray or Netflix versions, might want to check it out if you’re ever gearing up for a 2.0 release or anything.
I’ve seen it but I don’t love it. It’s tagged “DCP Rip” although it isn’t. It’s in 25fps, and it also has different color timing than the netflix 4k web-dl. Regarding a 2.0, unless there’s a major breakthrough with a new video source, or a major issue in the current release that I don’t know about, I don’t think I’ll revisit this.
You can convert audio and video to 23.976 with eac3to. Which version is closer to the color timing of the blu ray?
Yes, that should be. I think it is saying that about the folder itself, not the contents therein.
