Okay, okay, I'll talk, I'll talk. I bought the HR system that was made from sick dying orfans, and they needed the money because their home is being demolished to build a mall and they had no where to go, so they needed the 1.3 million dollars. And they were all alone since all the doctors and care takers who took care of them left because Patch Adams showed up with a better job offer... So I ran away, because I needed to go on check on them, and give them their medicine... and tell them stories in bed, and make their dinner, and burn the corpses of those kids who died while I was gone... so c'mon YOU say no to these children!

Well, the thing is, since you guys spoken against my ideas of using child labor or foreign slave labor, I had to buy an expensive HR system, which can cost up to a couple of million bucks to buy and implement. Now, lets say that the cost of maintaining an HR department without this system is equal to X, and let's say that each new employee would generate a cost of Y, and let's asume that the cost of the HR system I bought is Z. You'll find out that X + 50000Y = Z. Therefore, for it to be profitable, we need 50 thousand employees. Now, as your IT manager, I would strongly recomend hiring more employees fast.

Of course, this is a mere simplification, the whole mathematical expression that expresses an HR maintance cost per employee is not a linear one, but exponential one, but I think it stands for the example I was trying to show. Now, any questions? No? Good. So uh... fifteen minutes for a coffee break everyone? And uh... I'll meet you guys here in 15, right? Now if you excuse me, I'm off to the restroom, I have a phone call to make.

Jay just letting you know that when you get the beta forum online, I'll be doing some hard-ass testings on it, trying to exploit any possible flaws, and depending on what is done, it COULD be crashed or go offline - although I belive that's exactly what you're expecting for the testings, so that this sort of thing dosen't happen on the real forum. Anyway, I'll be documenting all the testing I perform, so you may know of possible issues/bugs/problems.

"Bart sells his soul" is a great episode too...

Milhouse playing with soldier toys over a piece of paper that is supposed to be Bart's soul: "If the Ayatolah can't have it, no one will!"

Or the Sideshow Bob episodes... most of them were good.

And the one about the pretzels, featuring Jack Lemon. In which the Yakuza figthed with Fat Tony's gang.

"But Marge, that little guy still didn't move, and I think he is going to do something cool!"
