we have that I my work place, but we don't have the guessiing part. And we have a rule that says the gift can't cost more that $20.


That "surprise"gift exchange thing is some sort of a tradition here. On highschools kids usually do this on the last day of school (school year ends in december here), in offices, and within a family xmas celebration (thankfully mine stop doing this). For highschools and offices it's usually a CD or a DVD, never costing more than $15 or $20... The thing I hate is when I pick up someone I don't fully know, and I have to make this little humorous speech before everyone so they can guess who is it, and even being an amateur stand up comediant it's hard to come up material when you JUST DONT CARE!

I have not seen the past 2 halloween specials.

My favorite ones are:

* Khan and Kudos pretend to be Bob Dole and Bill Clinton:

The one with the gypsy curse and Pierce Brosnan playing the HAL-esque home computer:

Homer: "Unless I die... then she would be free to marry man OR machine!"

Marge: "The best thing about being in a gypsy wedding is that I am not the hairest woman here!"

Homer: "Apologising will not bring Bart back..."
Marge: "The gypsy lady said it would!"

If so, play it on your computer and press the PrintScrn button (next to F12) during Jabba's death scene, then open Paint and select the "Paste" option. It should bring the screen up.


Sometimes you cannot have a printscreen out of a DVD screen, in which it would show a pink, blue, or black screen instead, when you paste it over a program like paintbrush. That's because the image is sent to the DVD program in a different way, outside the OS I belive - which would make it too slow to show up on the monitor.

I belive some programs do have a printscreen key that allow you to have a file with the present scene though. Windows Media Player allows this on some medias, not sure on DVDs.
