Political figures you'd like to see biopics of
Time
You wanna see a biopic of my life? OK first you get "Radio Flyer" and get the child scenes only, then you get all the "Nerds" films and get the parts where the nerds are abused or ridiculed. Then, you get the first 20 minutes of Fight Club, the scenes with Edward Norton talking about his job and life, before Brad Pitt appears, but edit out the "help group" parts. Get the first 10 minutes of "Eternal Sunshine of the Spotless Mind" too. Now, in the middle of all this mess, just toss some funny scenes from "Billy Madison" and "Groundhog Day", and insert some random south america footage. Put on some weird Wendy Carlos soundtrack into it, and there you go it's my biopic.

The new Adventures of Muthafuh-Badass Captain Planet:

"Hey, you!"

"Uh, who me?"

"Yeah, you, you s(BEEP)t-head muthaf(BEEP)a! What the f(BEEP)k are you doing?"

"Well, I was just... you know... chopping this tree..."

"Oh yeah, muthf(BEEP)a? Well guess what, I'm going to chopp something out of your f(BEEP)ing body, something you'll miss every f(BEEP)ing night when you get home to your wife, you know?"

"NO, PLEASE MAN, I was just doing my job! I'm a lumberjack!"

"Well, I'm the Muthaf(BEEP)ing Badass Captain Planet, you dumb muthaf(BEEP)ing c(BEEP)sucka! I guess you picked the wrong day and the wrong place to chopp that tree, right? Right?! I'm talking to you, you piece of s(BEEP)t, am I right or not?" *grabs the gun and points to his head* "C'mon muthaf(BEEP)ka answer me right now or there's going to be brains all over this forest. SO! AM I RIGHT OR NOT?"

*crying* "Yes... yes, you right... please don't kill me..."

"You know what you gonna do, you f(BEEP)king asshole? Your gonna run home right now, and you'll gonna donate five hundred dollars to the Greenpeace, you got that? And if you don't, I'm gonna come to your house and personally put a cap on your ass, and I'll f(BEEP)ing waste your whole family, you got that? Now get lost you piece of f(BEEP)ing s(BEEP)t! Get the f(BEEP)k out of here!"

It's not like I'm overeacting or doing a big deal out of this, I really don't care, I just thought it was funny that you didn't know what I was...

Bossk, no, I meant that if you are speaking in a roman language, you can define what gender someone is when they use some adjectives. Like "I'm fast" is either "Sou rápido" if you're a guy or " Sou rápida" if you're a girl. In english it's impossible to determin gender, and there are only a few gender-specific words (like "son" and "daughter").

Maybe this is completely wrong, but the mention of Ric being a girl in this thread is the second time I've seen it on this site in as many months. I'm thinking either there was no typo and Ric is a "she" or there is some conspiracy afoot to throw all us OT'ers off base.

Me, I always assumed Ric was a "he" because in the thread about our forum names, Ric said that the Ric in Ricarleite was his/her first name. I immediately thought "Ricardo" seeing as how Ric is from Brazil. But we all know what happens when you assume, right?

Oh ok I finally found it. Thanks Warbler for letting me know, I've not seen this posts, I think it happened during one of my busy days at work.

Bossk, WHO confirmed it? Nobody ever asked me that!

Ricarleite = ricar + leite = ricardo leite, which is my first and last names. It comes from my hotmail acount, since a ricardoleite already existed.

I have no idea why people would think I'm a woman, perhaps because I never made it specifically clear, my login name is not a regular name, and you can't define someone's gender in english as you can in portuguese.

So, again, to clear this off: I'm a man.

I can usually find obscure and foreign flicks there. But not this one.

This is starting to happen over here, too. Until about 4 or 5 years ago, there were almost no huge videostores like blockbuster (there were a few), every videostore was small and run by families and something, really "clerks" like... I used to rent movies in a place run by my former grade school teacher. And you could find some really obscure films such as "Traces of Death", and some weird foreign films. But now they are all being destroyed by those huge videostores filled with crappy movies, with 14 year old attendents with more zips than a post office.

And yes sean wookie I think I am.

I rented it on VHS in a small videoplace 7 years ago, so it does exist. I've heard they made DVD editions out of the "movies" (and I use the term "movie" with caution), so, if you ever spot them somewhere, give it a try. I warn you, it took me 2 days before I could get some sleep again, and I'm not easily impressed and/or scared.

So did I, but she was an innocent, 12/13 year old girl in the early 70s, so I guess it's possible.

Yep, The Exorcist was extremely controversial. And moreso because it was such a wide-reaching release for the movie. That's why Faces of Death was never really controversial... a majority of the world didn't know the films existed. They were pretty hoaky as I recall. I saw one and wasn't fazed at all.

So I recomend "Traces of Death 1" for you, Bossk. Watch it alone at night.

This?: "And than Jesus went to toshi station to pick up some power convertors." - hey perhaps Jesus was a Jedi.

I'm not sure but I belive I said that once, about an ilustrated bible I had, and on the part where the devil tempts Jesus, the drawing looked like the scene where Obi-Wan shows Luke Mos Eisley...
