Ok that was what confused me about V and the voice credit on IMDB and then the newer edition hearing that it was Ian.
So they simply changed the voice for the newer V but not the visuals.
Clearly I need to watch the original IV, V, and VI again and I haven't since 1997 and my memory
of it has gotten fuzzy.
