Star Wars TV Update

Let I remind you that the SW TV show will probably have no pilot or audience testing, as no network would refuse to air it no matter how awful it is. I mean, the first episode will probably break all records of viewers. So be prepared for some crapy written and acted TV show filled with made-for-TV fake CGI scenes.

Let's see if I can think of good examples, bad movies remade into god movies...

"Beau Geste", the 1939 version is way better than the crappy silent film one
Same for "Ben Hur", the Chalrton Heston one compared to the old one
"Thomas Crown Affair", I think the remake is better than the original

Hmn.... Uh... Can't think of any other example right now.

I would recomend Norton Internet Security, but I don't know how much it costs (my internet provider gives free copies for its users). I had some bad moments with ZoneAlarm and Pandasoft. Also, try getting Microsoft's beta Spyware software, it's actually good, and it's free so far.

WHY do people program this virus/spyware things! It's only porpouse is to make things difficult and to make us lose money and time, the programmer profits nothing with it, he indirectly loses too...!

Yeah, you're right. Maybe when they discover a solid gold planet or a planet with huge seas of oil, space exploration will be back on the agenda.

Unfortunally such planet could only be at least 1 light year away, and with today's technology and scientific knoledge it would take more than a life time to reach it. Maybe if we build a biodome in a spaceship the third generation born in the biodome would be able to get there. And one year later we would know about it...

I played it this week, felt like Yoshi Touch and Go with new graphics... Although I could be wrong, as I've played for about 5 minutes.

I got the much antecipated (by me) Bomberman DS, I must say I expected much more. Feels like the game was rushed into completion, as it lacks some features I've read about in some early previews. The single player mode is somewhat repetitive and too simple, yet quite difficult. The multiplayer mode is not as good as the Bomberman64 one, but it's quite fun, specially if you're playing with 8 other people (as I did this weekend). I would only recomend it to die-hard bomberman fans or to anyone who gets to play in multiplayer mode very frequently.

Why are you giving away your HL2 copy, Sessler?

In "Indiana Jones and the Last Crusade", how do you figure out which grail to choose if you don't have the Grail Diary it came with? Damn their primitive copy protection!

"He chose... poorly..."
(Indy goes up and takes an old, rusty grail)
"This must be it..." *drinks*
"Gahhh! What's happening to me?!" *Indy also goes old and dies*
"He also choose poorly. There was an even more simple cup over there, he missed it."

Hmn, the best suggestion I could give you is to rename every "iexplorer.exe" file you find into "iexplorer.old" and use FireFox instead.

Well, seriously though, I would look into the windows register, if this thing is starting on its own it's probably there. If you find the right keys in the register you could easily take it out. There was this program that would let you see what was being read on the register and you could use it to monitor it and keep track of that keys are being accessed, but I don't remember the program's name, a google search could do the trick though.

Don't most people hate dentists?

I don't hate the dentists himself/herself, I hate the whole act of sitting on that chair and spending that whole time in agony and pain while listening to elevator music.

My dentist plays Country!

While he WORKS?!
