The next time someone throws an issue down to a matter of taste I don't know what I'm going to do. But for now I will merely harm my keyboard with my forehead. Or the other way around if you will.

That is to say, if you disagree tell me why, don't just say it.

I could.... but it would be a waste of time.  When one is convinced that they are right to the point that it is well beyond reason, counter-arguments become irrelevant.

You win.

BmB reminds me of killLucas, i think that was the screen name, that is before he got kicked off. :p

Please forgive me for this being slightly off-topic, but I have a feeling some people here are gonna love this. Just read about this amazing FLYING X-WING over on a tech site. Apparently, it was shown at the CES Consumer Electronics Show, but due to obvious reasons, will never hit retail. What a shame.

Here's a clip of it in action:

<a href="http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=271vZfJRMSY" target="_blank" title="www.youtube.com/watch?v=271vZfJRMSY">http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=271vZfJRMSY</a>

And here's the tech site article:

<a href="http://arstechnica.com/gaming/news/2010/01/ces-rcx4-star-stryker-is-an-x-wing-by-any-other-name.ars" target="_blank" title="arstechnica.com/gaming/news/2010/01/ces-rcx4-star-stryker-is-an-x-wing-by-any-other-name.ars">http://arstechnica.com/gaming/news/2010/01/ces-rcx4-star-stryker-is-an-x-wing-by-any-other-name.ars</a>

Who wants one?

Ady, very sorry to hear about the bad news with the car. Glad your wife is okay though.

it more depends on how much subtitles u put in there. if its just one language, it may reach as high as somewhere with in a MB range.

if u have multiple languages, it wouldn't reach a GB range, unless u include every language in the world and some made up languages, but it would definitly be in the higher MB range.

i don't think it really matters. i feel that the OT yoda should stay as it is, with ady's improvements of course, and leave the PT yoda as it is.

thing i like about the PT yoda is that we see his facial expressions and not the same grin everytime. no offense. but when yoda's in that much fighting and tough situations, i would like to see a frown, ears drooping, sad face once in awhile.

I can imagine Luke marching up the steps of a ruined Jedi temple with rebel soldiers (mirroring how his father stormed the place) and entering the empty and abandoned council chamber to be joined by the ghosts of his mentors and his father as the celebrations take place in the streets would make for a touching scene.

I'm not sure how it could be achieved though.

that actually sounds pretty cool though.

the only way i could think of getting it done is to take the scene with luke and vader exiting the turbolift into the throne room and place that in a scene of the jedi temple.

on the former jedi however, i know the ghost jedi can be done, how we would fit them in there is another story.
