If we want/need to vary the overused shuttle design, it's far simpler to alter the Emperor's shuttle as it's only seen as a matte painting and then a couple of shots of the terrible studio mock-up. That can be replaced far more easily.

Piett is sceptical because the code is older and he is possibly picking up on Vader's hesitation (people have been choked for less).

 

no! they knew he was lying because vader could sense luke's presence in the force. in between the cut scenes, vader prolly told them it was a lie, but he allowed them to go because he wanted luke alive. he could've cared less for everyone else!

especially the battle of endor. i was dissapointed at how not many ships blew up, aside from the death star. it made the star destroyer fleet look invincible.

there was one scene right before the executor was destroyed where u see a star destroyer just randomly blow up, but that's pretty much it.

 i don't think the teeth should be a clean white, only because of all the food it eats, so the teeth should look all yellow and decayed. i don't think a rancor knows how to brush its teeth.

the final fantasy movie back in like 2000 something, the characters were CGI, but they looked so freakin' real.

didn't he win like nine out of eleven of the awards? i know it didn't make best movie.

supossedly palpatine has cloned himself. that's EU though, and it depends if u like it or not.

but you should watch at least the first episode or two and see what its like. i liked season one also, mostly the clone trooper episodes. and the second episode with Yoda. season two looks a lot better though.

That rancor looks worthy of Jurassic Park now. I think I might get the shivers watching it. I hope Ady adds scarier sounds. To me the rancor sounds to distorted.

 

 that's the first think i thought of when i saw it. and ur right on the rancor sounds. sounds more like he's gurgling or maybe has something stuck in his throat.

like ziz and i said. its early material and is subjected to change. remember this wont be done til 2011.

i see ur point, but we dont need to have the title be star tours. and the way i was thinking it, ur sitting in the falcons cockpit, and like in star tours, the screen opens to show maybe han and chewie, and then go from there.

i didn't say anything about being in the characters' position. just to see the action from their own point of view is wat i was trying to get at.

did they even have those back then? besides in documentaries?

Yeah the dude who made that is awesome - his Battle of Endor (space battle) is also amazing, as is his other work.

 need to get a hold of this guy and see if he can lend us a hand in jedi revisited.

i didn't mind the scene too much, i always laughed at how stupid the dance was. it did give a feel about how jabba would've been a modern day drug dealer or something like that. i guess he would deal death sticks.

about time they updated it! i went on star tours last year and i wasn't as thrilled as before. the motion effects aren't that great, and the video quality is poor and not to mention the animatronics. plus it smelled bad too. 

and yea, the video quality was prolly a preview and not the final cut. funny, i imagined something like this and hoped they would do it.

they need to do the millenium falcon:

Episode IV: death star escape

Episode V: Being persued by the empire including the chase both in and out of the asteroid belt and i ends with the falcon docking on the back of the star destroyer bridge.

Episode VI: battle of endor. involving all the scenes from the movie, (from the falcon's view of course.) plus some extra stuff in between. entering the death star, destroying the power generator, and escaping the death star.

land on endor and head to ewok village store for souviniers.

i bet those same people said just the opposite about the prequels.

still though, i saw the original 1977 star wars in 1996 or 97 and it looked a hell of a lot better then most movies. besides i didn''t care about the special fx, i just liked the action and excitment of luke and the death star battle.

looks like they're playing a game of battleship to me.

its looking a lot better then the first season. it looks like it'll be a little darker.
