lol! Great gif!
lol! Great gif!
This looks great!
Your’s is Oscar Wilde. My favorite writer.
What do I win?
First Man (2018)
Gorgeously shot film, should win an Oscar for that alone. An interesting character study of Neil Armstrong.
I thought the visuals were decent but felt that the acting from Ryan Gooseling a bit awkward
Ha! Weird.
I’m talking about how most modern horror movies suck
Horror is my favorite genre, but most of it has always sucked. That’s nothing new.
The new Halloween proves that good horror films are still being made.
But, yeah, most of em suck. Same as it ever was.
Some people seem to like Halloween II (the first one, not the other Halloween II, and not this new Halloween II). Should I not watch it?
IMO, it’s a boring, generic slasher.
Agreed. They waste Jamie Lee Curtis (coma) and ruin Myers’ mystique (retconned motive).
The mask, though the same one from the first, fits tight on the new actors face making it look silly (but not as silly as what would follow). Myers is portrayed as though he’s Jason Voorhees- walking through doors, super strong, ect.
Cool version of the theme though.

Aren’t all slashers like this now a days
We’re talking about a movie from 1981.
I have a 4th of July film, a Thanksgiving film, a December only film, a summer only film, a cold rainy nights only film, and a few Christmas films - but I’ve never had a Halloween film. Weird, now that I think about it. I’ve never been a fan of horror films, so that must be why.
Funny. I don’t have Halloween-only films, either, but precisely because I am a horror fan; I watch so much of the stuff there’s really no point setting any aside for any particular day.
I could say the same. I live n breath the stuff. But there are certain films I set aside for a single annual viewing in October.
Mainly just TRICK R TREAT (2007), HALLOWEEN (1979 & now 2018) and HOUSE (1977).
Woof. I think all the sequels* and remakes are absolutely terrible.
All ya need is the first one and the new one.
*2018 being the obvious exception
Kathleen Kennedy just confirmed to me Boba Fett movie is 100% dead, 100% focusing on THE MANDALORIAN #StarWars

So, no Boba Fett movie, but a Boba Fett TV show instead?
[meh. REDACTED]
I love Half in the Bag. And the new Halloween (2018) episode is good. But they totally miss/misinterpret some of the films messages and plot points.
Heck anything from modern Cartoon Network is shit
Flapjack was one of the greatest shows ever.
Adventure Time is fun.
Regular Show is great.
I don’t know any of their other shows, but you seem to be wrong about this.
Also, what does Family Guy have to do with Cartoon Network?Johnny Bravo
I was thinking a bit more “modern”, but yeah, Johnny Bravo was great.
I still have strangers shout “Hey, Johnny Bravo!” at me because of my hair.

This is great news! I just watched parts of 4K77 last week and was saying to mah lady that “I hope Ady can use this to restore the wolfman!”
Young Frankenstein is the only one I’ve ever liked.
It’s weird to me how upset non-religious people get over satanic talk/jokes/ect.
When I was in barber school, I was the only one in my starting class who was going into morning/afternoon classes instead of evening/night. One day one of the cosmo girls (we’re all grouped together at the beginning) asked why I was choosing day classes instead of night. I said “Can’t do evenings. I give my nights to the Devil.”
Every single head in the room whipped back to the corner I was sitting in. All of em wide-eyed and open mouthed. I just smirked and said “…really, guys?”. Most of em chuckled and brushed it off, but there were many who were clearly upset and remained so for my entire time at the school.
I got the reputation among the staff and most students of being one of the nicest guys in the school. I was always early, got the coffee made for everybody, got the hot towels going for everybody, tried my best to be friendly towards everybody, looked nice for promo pics, ect. But some still knew me as “that satanic guy”. Ha!
Leia giving Luke a couple-like kiss in front of Han on Hoth.
That didn’t happen. She kisses Luke to make Han jealous. There’s nothing “couple-like” about it. Luke never had a chance of getting the girl, despite his own hopes (and the deleted scenes and the silly comic books).
Give me Season of the Witch over all the Myers sequels — except maybe this latest one.
Yep.
Never!
No.
HALLOWEEN III: Season of the Witch (1982)
What the heck was that?
An awesome movie with a bad title is what that was.
Huh, that’s interesting!
Were they clever enough to make Boba-Jong a southpaw in the PT?
Halloween (2018)
LOVED IT.
Too many to list, but here’s a short list off the top o’ my head (all original versions unless noted):
Halloween, Frankenstein, Bride of Frankenstein, Dracula, The Evil Dead, Night of the Living Dead, Dawn of the Dead, The Howling, The Invisible Man, Suspiria, Pumpkinhead, Creepshow, Horror Hotel…
And my favorite holiday movie,
TRICK 'r TREAT (2007)!
I’m a huge fan of the Universal monster movies. And horror in general. It’s mah main thang.
It’s the most wonderful time of the year!
who could forget The Devil’s Rain?
YES.
