and we kind of want to keep the exact settings a bit secret, at least for now.

Why, in a community that is transparent and giving like this one, would you would want to do this? I think I know the answer, but I would love to hear your take on it.

OH please enlighten the whole community with your answer oh great one, you are such an arrogant piece of ........

and you can sit there and type away that your shit is in this script all you want, but this was one of my goals from the start that I wanted everything you have done OUT! you act like you are the know all of everything GOUT related, well sir your shit has been passed up now so why don't you just take a seat and STFU!

some people, unbelievable lmao, but it is cool that this bothers you though, it must suck for you.

Ehm... sorry ? Wasn't this a FRIENDLY place last time I checked ?

Info Wanted: The Best OOT Preservation Discs...? Suggestions?
Time

My personal favorites :

Currently existing

- EditDroid set - 8 DVDs (1 Star Wars with mono mix, 3 other discs are the movies taken from the same laser discs as the official GOUT release, and other 4 discs are just bonuses transferred from all official LDs) - excellent set with great bonus stuff, lovely menus and nice cover art, but the movies themselves look slightly worse than the GOUT

- DarkJedi "v2" set - sourced from the GOUT, resized to anamorphic proportions, cleaned up, color corrected, and every movie has multiple audio options. However there are no bonuses if I remember correctly

In development

- Harmy's re-creation - He uses multiple sources to re-create the first movie properly AND in HD, his workprints look fantastic !

- 35mm preservation - 35mm copies of the movies transferred to HD

- DarkJedi "ProjectBlu" - much improved version of his "v2" set, and even in HD

Making our own 35mm preservation--my crazy proposal
Time

Negative1, Harmy, DJ (and everybody I forgot to mention right now) - you are my personal heroes. I want to be able to watch at home the movies with which I fell in love as a kid/teenager, and thanks to YOU guys it WILL be possible.

Thanks again to everybody working on these fantastic releases. I hope George hires somebody who will take some "measurements" how many people will download these preservations and recreation and understand that he can make more money if he releases the movies officially.

I am of course willing to seed everything so that all old fans can get what they want
