Maybe Paramount finally woke up to the fact he can't actually act very well - he did more 'acting' in his ealrier roles than most of the forgettable dross he's done since the 80's.

Better save the big pay cheques for someone who actually shows signs of improving as an actor- and can maybe vary his preformance a little?

The hype around the ovie has worked upon my feeble fragile mind and I am now looking forward very much to see this film - there is an alamr bell sounding somewhere in mind that tells me not to expect too much - yet the rest of it tells me it'll be the best film EVAH...

re tunes stuck in peopl'es haead - the missus went to see a theatrical version of Chitty Chtity Bang Bang on Friday night - all weekend she's been singin or humming the bloody theme tune

Certainly an interesting idea - with some good choices of scenes for insertion, and although I'm not a big fan of changing the OT for it to 'fit better' to the PT - I did enjoy watching it

YIYF - would you really want McClaren as England manager - ahead of Scholari, who has won the thing already and done a great job with Portugal?

(it is indeed a sad reflection on the English coaches if all we can come up with is McClaren - especially the alleaged underhand way he secured the job...)

Do you think Dunga will do a good job for Brazil, Ric?

It seems strange that he has no coaching experience - though obviously knows a lot about the game fro his playing days at the very top level. I hope he does it - liked him as a player, and Brazil would do well to have a younger Dunga in the team bossing the midfield

European Championships are in 2008, the Copa America is soon (2007? - Ric?), the Olympic footy tournament is always worth a watch - but most importantly...

In answer to your 'time-out' query - it may be best asking JediSage what he thinks, he set up the tournament - so his opinion should probably carry more weight than mine.

Personally, IMHO IF DirtyWookie is ok with carrying on continuing the games then go for it - the more chess games playd the better

Any help will be most appreciated with this...

I've recently been sent some of ADM's intriguing Harry Potter Fan Edits on single layer dvd discs. Each film is in two parts - part one on one disc, part two on another.

I also have a blank dual layer disc - and I wish to copy the 2 parts of the film onto the dual layer disc.

How do I go about this?

(am I being an idiot and it's that simple in that I just burn part one, and then burn part two after onto the dual layer disc using a program like dvddecrypter?)

There does seem to be a problem with downloading or opening the page where the ANH cover is - a small section at the top of the cover appears, and then nothing else does. Anyone one else having this similar problem?
