Does anyone have a link to some alternate hi-res R1 blu ray covers for Rogue One? I got the standard US version, and the red TIE lasers are really getting on my nerves. I’d settle for the same thing with green lasers.

I imagine it’ll likely be Benecio Tel Toro’s character and Snoke pics for the final two films in the Saga - should be interesting to see the ‘bad guy’ in the new Solo movie (a Hutt or possibly even a Fett maybe?)
Just finished watching both simultaneously (the Deflickered cam and official Digital Download) - there were no additional scenes - nor were there any scenes missing (both ran at the same length too). I didn’t notice any changes to the dialogue or music - nor any changes to what was on screen.
There a bloody amazing difference in quality between the two (obviously), as well as colour, detail and being able to see the emotions of the actors - really enjoyed watching it (them) again 😃

The quickest & easiest way to find out any changes/differences is to compare a cam version of the film to the official blu ray / digital download…?
I’m told the ‘Deflickered’ or ‘AC3-CPG’ versions of Rogue One were two of the better quality cams out there…

My mum (is deaf) struggles to lip read some of her older friends these days due to the way people’s faces change around the mouth area (especially the ornamental groove and vertical rhytids) as they get older. It leaves a thinning of the area between the mouth lips and nose - appearing less curved and fleshy when younger - and due to the lack of fat/muscle there as we age it can appear ‘flat’ or stiff.
Thankfully they still can sign to each other (though that is getting a little slower these days as the arthritis in the hands and takes hold).
Age can be a bitch - and affect others harsher than some others.
I agree, they should give Giacchino another chance for a future Star Wars film. His Rogue One score did sound amateurish at times…like it was for an expensive fan film or something.
I’d like him to get another chance - with a little more time to get his work in (was it a month in total for him to do Rogue One?)
Anyway, really liked that snippet from your Edit - you can really see the work you’ve put into it with the 3 sections in your linked video - very much looking forward to seeing more 😃
Thanks ooJason, I took that Krennic picture and rotated it just slightly, as the other faces are rotated as well. I enlarged his face and added the logos. I was trying to get his uniform in there too, but, then it wouldn’t be like the other faces on the other steelbooks.

Shame they all but edited out Moroff, Bistan and Pao (and that U-Wing pilot) - I like to think they had a bit of an A-Team vibe going on there 😃
Plus, I feel for a bit for the actors playing them in that heat/conditions, in those costumes & makeup, trying to keep cool and do their scenes well - only to not appear as much as we’d hope… and then not even in deleted scenes!
