I still like the “Warmer” regrade 😛
I still like the “Warmer” regrade 😛
The rest are there though, just in the days following.

You have to get an account and download their decrypter.
The date should be in the file name. Could you post the file name here?
Here’s my take on color correcting the clip towards the JSC (well, adjusting from Dre’s downscaled color correction clip)

Bumping this to the new page so it doesn’t get lost in the Tantive discussion.

Looking good 🤓
My take (as stated above. Pre Pre Grade Mixed with warm, slight red desaturation with slight contrast bump)
Yes, we always refer back to the original 3 when it comes to color.
Keep in mind, also, that with this project we’re looking for the right colors, not necessarily the best. My preference would actually be somewhere between the previous previous grade (more sterile, white) and the warmer grade, perhaps with red saturation dropped a bit - but that’s not what the film looked like. Part of preservation is preserving the “retro state of the art” look, making things look as good as they possibly could THEN. It’s difficult to leave things alone and not make them look as good as you can possibly make them look NOW.
Which correction setting is this? Looks more like that last alternative one and I’m not really liking the vibe.
I preferred the previous one. Skin tones were better, and the walls had the right color of mint. Plus I thought it added the nice purple blue to R2.
This warmer regrade also adds back the slight mint tint back to the walls. Need to see the impact on skin tones but thinking you might have found the sweet spot.
Hey Dre,
any chance you could add an “average color match models” option in your tool?
Not sure how you could do it, but if it would allow you to load the saved .mat files from say 10 different shots, and find the average of the adjustment values. It could offer a good compromise for whole film, single pass blanket color corrections.

I think it would be awesome to get the comparison first. Some people would wait until after so they could find stuff on their own, but I would love to study up on it and appreciate it all the more. ☺
Perhaps an odd request for Ady/Revisited team, but when the time comes to release this, is there any chance we could get a lossless encode release as well?
Just checked on my computer and agree. Phone screen was blowing them over the top.
Good color- Can you drop saturation in just the highlights of a specific color. The reds are a bit strong it seems.
Ideas borrowed from here would strengthen the appeal of Revisited for the sake of continuity, not sour us against the new films or future super special editions. Certainly recognition is appreciated, but we’re all playing in a world that isn’t our own and I think the risk of someone seeing something we build here and repurposing it is a small price to pay for our continued ability to play here, considering they could quite easily kick us all out.
While you’re at it, I would like a pony. Named Whiskers.
The end is nigh.
You’re a gentle wampa and sholar looking nerf herder.
Actually, I think this would be better if lando was just wearing a wampa fur cloak with the head as a hood
By the way, none of you exist until I meet you…sorry to have to bring that up but it’s true.
We don’t exist to you or at all? Does Mike Verta exist?
I picture us all lined up in your top dresser drawer… just a pile of socks.
Has anyone tried the [AUDIO FILE] Star Wars (1977): SE ’97 mix for TN1’s SSE v1.6 and Harmy’s DE 2.7 off the spleen. Just trying to decide if it’s worth getting/what opinions are on it.
