Line Spacing Not Preserved
Time

Hello, I am using IE 7.0.

No matter how many line breaks I put in a post.

Everything runs together, into 1 long line.

Some of my posts in the 35mm preservation

have this problem, and my private PM's also.

Examples:

http://www.flickr.com/photos/74279586@N00/sets/72157622351337123/ see, they are real!!! (*PLEASE KEEP THE LINK PRIVATE, THANKS*) -1

(For some reason, this post worked).

maybe if i clear the cache, its the stylesheets?

well, i'm having trouble posting as you noticed (because i'm at work)??? wrong browser???? there is no line spacing.. anyways..................... there is some progress that might be made in the next couple of weeks.. i can't promise ANYTHING.. but lets just see if it works out, and then we can move forward in evaluating the feasibility of this project.. LOOK, i know its not much, but I DONT want to keep getting peoples hopes all the time. We've had some setbacks. I just want to reassure that we ARE thinking about this project, and that if you followed this thread. We dont want to say too much, or bring too much attention. If you have questions, PM me. I respond to all of them. be seeing you +1

3D STAR WARS for the masses...has ARRIVED!
Time

here's a brief comment about star wars in 3D:

(in a discussion about the upcoming 3D tv's)

The New Scientist is correct in saying that new artistic techniques are necessary to properly utilize 3D. However Hollywood has been working on this for several years now. My eyes were opened at recent SIGGRAPH sessions on technical and artistic issues involved. Technical includes avoiding complicated scenes where a foreground object might block one eye-view of the region of intersest. You might not notice these drop-outs consciously, but they can cause viewer headaches.

From an artistic point of view the director has control on the "amount of 3D" in a scene. Elements of interest can be highlighted or even exaggerated in 3D, while backgrounds or less important elements may fade to 2D. For example the company that has been "dimensionalizing" Star Wars movies for Lucas ("dimensionalizing" is converting old stock to 3D from stereo clues in film, similar to what "colorizing" does to B&W). The showed a minute-long clip of a Star Wars space battle scene dimenensionalized in around eight different ways. And the results are artisitically different depending on what the director wants to emphasize.

(P.S. Lucas is perfectionist and not completely happy with the current state of dimensionalization, so he hasnt released the 3D versions yet. The parts I saw were amazing and I cant wait for the entire movies.)

Thread for all Usenet vs Torrent vs Rapidshare discussion

I personally hate usenet, newsgroups and rapids*it.

Paying for usenet access, private torrents or newgroups is kind of funny how do you pay money to do a da*n illegal thing?,lol

And with Big brother out there watching all nobody is safe or secret, nobody has privacy.   Welcome to the world of the lawful espionage the gov does on its people in the name of national security.

you're already paying for internet access (unless you pirate that also)..

paying a little extra is no big deal, newsgroup access is included in my

account... private torrent sites like demonoid, you only need an invite..

and how hard is it to mask your ip anonymously? pretty easy..

i have no problems in doing any/all of these things..

Thanks negative1 (good luck with your thing), please tell others who might appreciate it.  (I see we share the same double spacing problem this forum randomly has...)  EBM or EBN?  Assuming your talking about the Emergency Broadcast Network.  Not too familiar with their sounds, but their tech. is amazing.

correct about the group, i changed it.. thanks again..

If anyone is in the NYC area this friday (Sept 4), there's a neeto SUCKADELIC GROUP SUCK OFF 2 Custom Toy Show.

http://suckadelic.com/SUCKSHOW.html

The SuckLord makes a few appearances in tBSWM, and helped get copies out to folks high up the influence chain.  Weather they've shoved it in their ass or snorted coke off it.  don't know.  Hopefully they'll watch it one day.  Should be a good show, stop by and say hello.

Why not just scan the altered scenes, and cut it together with Ady's color corrected HD version?  This would save a lot of time and money, at least as a starting point.  Not ideal, but at least something would be getting done.

great idea, but i think it would be a little unmatched with the sources

out there... but yeah, that would get it done real quick and dirty..

Anyways, a lot of this thread seems to be all talk, little action.  It's great to see guys like Puggo who actually go out and get this stuff done rather than just get everyone riled up for years.

well due to factors beyond my control, there was a long pause.

and it's only been 1 year !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! i'm trying,

i really am !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
