Not sure whether schn4rk is still working on this but for the time being I could provide you the “raw” DTS APT-X100 footage so on a rainy day you could go ahead and sync it together on your own which in the case of Hackers luckily isn’t that difficult.

That would be cool. Does it include the DTS track?

STAR WARS: EP V "REVISITED EDITION"ADYWAN - 12GB 1080p MP4 VERSION AVAILABLE NOW
Time

Awesome! Kinda bummed that I didn’t see my name in the credits but then again you may have already had those suggestions that I made. Gonna give it a watch tonight. Any plans to add in a subtitle track that highlights all the changes ala ANH:R as they happen or would that just be too much work?

Info: Terminator 2 - in search of the theatrical sound mix...
Time

Has anyone compared the latest Lionsgate blu-ray transfer? (Studio Canal+ here in Canada) Apparently they’ve managed to release it with a minimal amount of DNR so it looks to be an improvement. I considered buying this version but didn’t want to buy it yet again on blu-ray with the T2 3D having been announced for release this year. I’m hoping for a new 4K transfer along with the original theatrical mix but I doubt we’ll see the latter.

dafuq? srsly?

What I mean by that is that he requested it in the forum under his own name that is neither the uploader or, if you believed him, a member of the team that produced it.

Meaning, on paper, he asked for it to be deleted as a random person on the internet and they complied. So you should not expect your own upload to fare any better. But who knows.

Yeah that’s what I got from that I just couldn’t believe it and said response was the only thing I could say about it. There’s no way in hell they’re going to have better versions of ALL the files. They got played. Hopefully they’ll re-upload those torrents.

Is the corrected one the ISO called TN1’s ESB Grindhouse 1080p BD - “20150112”?

Yes, named for the date the torrent was seeded.
BTW 'spleen is having another free leech this week, and that one isn’t deleted (yet).
Shhh-- don’t tell the former member, the one who left… LOL

I feel like those Torrents on Spleen were deleted on purpose and not because there are upgrades of them coming. Certainly not for ALL of them but y’know, prove me wrong and re-post them! 😉

MySpleen has been taking down film transfers anyway citing that they were told they weren’t allowed on there anymore. “darkone3437 (It’s film. I was told this isn’t allowed anymore.)”

Nope nope nope.

Myspleen has made it 100% clear multiple times that Star Wars is 100% okay to upload and is the exception to any rules about scans, workprints, etc. darkone was possibly mistaken, or someone told him the wrong thing. Or, as was the case when he tried to upload Mike Verta’s color samples, he got yelled at for sharing stuff he wasn’t supposed to.

Hell, myspleen didn’t even take down the Matrix scans as far as I know.

OK yeah because I remember reading that Star Wars stuff would be OK so darkone3437 is mistaken then. So weird. Well, in any case, I hope we get to see TN1’s silver screen version of Empire soon.

What a blow to the community. I just hope everything is OK with the team & former members. I’m glad they’re still going to be working on these last few releases of the Star Wars trilogy though. Kinda piqued my interest as to the unethical means that the prints were obtained. However, aren’t all film prints illegal since they’re property of the studios? I know there are private collectors out there I’m just not too privy to this.

Actually it’s a matte box and the shot is unchanged from the BD, where it was in turn unchanged from the original version (as evidenced by the presence of matte boxes).

But I’ve never actually noticed those little guys before. Cool little detail!

Neither did I until I watched your version Harmy! It’s all good! I figured it was an older effect since there is a brightness shift around the box much like the Tie Fighters throughout the series. It’s a cool little detail indeed. Thanks again for this!

I noticed a bit of an anomaly (it may have been in the original version and I just didn’t notice it) at 00:02:58 to 00:03:06 you can see white Storm Troopers(?) walking across the Death Star (I assume they’re building it). There is a light box around them until they stop walking at 00:03:06. I don’t recall if this was in the original version or not and if so I just didn’t notice it before. I realize it’s a little late to be pointing this out so I’m going to assume it’s supposed to be there.
