Episode II: Shroud of the Dark Side (the TM edit) (Released)
Time
I'm not at my PC at the moment so I'm sure someone else will beat me to sending you the fonts. However, I wanted to point out something about the "Episode I" font. It is merely two fonts merged into one by a fan. The capital letters are Trajan, the lowercase letters are Albertus MT. I recommend that whatever you're using them for (I assume it's a logo in the style of the prequels: Episode II: SOTDS) that you reconsider and use Trajan PRO and Albertus MT as the fanmade Episode I font does have some problems.

I Need an early draft of TPM
Time
I don't know if you're interested or not but someone on this board created an isolated score track for a re-edited DVD of the Theatrical Cut of TPM. I have the audio but I believe he was going to up the DVD to Demonoid. Actually... if that guy's reading please let me know as I'd like to get a copy of the DVD. But anyway, it might be of some use to you.

Help Wanted: Heroes - an edit / montage...
Time
I think the HR Xvids (around 700mb each?) do have AC-3 5.1 audio - so they'll do fine. I only asked about the 720 and 1080 versions as well because, well frankly I'd love to see Heroes in that high a resolution!

But yes, the HR Xvids should do. Email me at klokwerk[at]gmail[dot]com and we can work something out. Send your trade list along if you don't mind.

I don't know if you've seen 1x17 yet, but I just watched it and it was good. Changes a few things.

Help Wanted: Heroes - an edit / montage...
Time

Hey all. Just wanted to know if anyone here had any of the HR, 720p or 1080i versions of any episodes of the TV show Heroes. I’m doing a small video montage thingy from a friend and I’d like to be able to go through the 5.1 mixes of the episodes.

If anybody does download these higher-res versions of the show, please email me at klokwerk(at)gmail[dot]com. Thanks in advance.

Btw, does anyone know of any ‘Heroes’ media I could include with this thing? Like interviews, behind-the-scenes, etc? Better yet, has anyone ripped the NBC commentaries yet? I can’t watch them here in Australia. Damn streaming media protocol locks out non-US residents I believe.

Wouldn't the ideal thing be that 5acrifice sends a disc or three to digitalfreaknyc so he can compare the quality to his own? Then if they are better 5acrifice can get them out there. Besides, it seems 5acrifice will be getting 2 different sets, is there any episodes or bookends or whatever that 5acrifice might be getting that dfnyc doens't have?

Btw, I'm sure that however they come out, whether they get released by one of you or both of you, that many people will flock to download them. I know I'll try and track down a set in trade.

FAN EDIT REQUEST THREAD - Post your dream Fan Edits Here!
Time
I think the main problem with that (apart from the fact that a lot people would think that'd be some sort of sacrilege) is that it just wouldn't mesh well. The cinematography, budget, cast all look too different for it to work in either the Reeve films or the Routh film.

I've thought about editing seasons of Smallville into lengthy 'movies' - as wmgan has done with Buffy season 6. I think that season 4 would be the easiest to do so far as it is quite cinematic in parts and you could really streamline it to be all about the search for the stones. The only thing, apart from real-life and time issues, that has kept me from attempting it is the ridiculous witch junk. Most of it could be edited out. The problem arises when you get to China, how can you edit the episode to make sense if Lana all of a sudden becomes a witch. The nice thing about season 5 I think is that it's the first season to have 5.1 sound (maybe that's only on the HD-DVD release though which has been delayed).

Beginner need help with DVD decrypter File Mode
Time
Like has been said - the most logical answer is that your computer's hard drive (the one you're trying to write to anyway) is most likely formatted in FAT32 and not NTFS. Are you running Windows XP or an older version of Windows? To find out if the drive is formatted using FAT32; go to "My Computer", right-click on the drive you want to rip to and click Properties. There should be something that says "File System:", whatever it says there is what the drive's formatted with.

Now, the reason you can't use FAT32 is that it can't handle really large files. I thought it could handle files up to 2GB and if you're ripping in IFO mode it shouldn't be a problem. If you're ripping in ISO mode... well then it won't work because most DVDs are more than 2GB.
