Ok sorry
Ok sorry
All I am saying is that everyone is worried / conserned about the fact that the audio track for episodes 4-6 for the upcoming blu-ray release won't be fixed. But what if they are then what?
Don't correct my comments TVsfrank.
The films audio soundtrack will get fixed for the blu-ray release let's just keep are fingers crossed that it does for episodes 4-6.
Only time will tell what kind of audio will be on the blu-ray release. I hope the audio is fixed but we shall see if that actually happens or not.
I did'nt like Episode 1 that much Episodes 2 and 3 are better than Episode 1. I saw episodes 1 ,2 and 3 in the theater when they where 1st released
So when they do sound for the blu-ray release if at all which mix will they go by? I know the answer will be 2004 but if not which mix?
I think the blu-ray release of the star wars films will be different as far as quality control goes the last few blu-ray releases from LFL have been great like Indy 4 and the clone wars movie as well as season 1 and 2 of the clone wars.
For those that want to say that the films of star wars will not be re-mixed for and fixed blu-ray are wrong their have been articles all over the net saying that the the audio will be fixed and re-mixed for the blu-ray release. It won't be the same bad audio tracks that was on the dvd releases of episodes 4, 5, and 6.
Matt Wood and Ben Burtt are good sound designers. I don't think the blu-ray release will have messed up audio but again that's one man's opionion we will have to wait and see I guess.
The audio for the films won't be messed up for the blu-ray release. Who know's it just might be fixed after all.
Behaps the audio on the blu-rays of star wars of episodes 4 ,5 and 6 will be fixed on the blu-rays. Is'nt that what we all want as star wars fans? We just don't know what will be fixed and what won't be yet. Until we get some comformation from LFL we won't what changes will be made / fixed for the blu-ray audio tracks.
Here is a news link actual proof that LFL is working on a new sound mix for episode 4 for the blu-ray release : http://www.bleedingcool.com/2010/07/04/skywalkers-sound-engineers-confirm-theyve-remixed-star-wars-again-for-blu-ray-3d-theatrical/
Good point zombie84 and I don't think it will be the same mix that it was in 2004. Sound technolgy has improved a lot since 2004 because now their is lossless audio formats like dolby ture hd and dts hd master audio which was'nt around in 2004.
Behaps the audio soundtrack for the blu-rays will get fix for episodes 4 we just don't know yet. It's not doom and gloom yet.
I listen to the Matt Wood interview and I think this time around the sound mix for A New Hope will be fixed but lets keep our fingers crossed it is fixed. that audio on the 2004 dvd was awfull with a captial A. I like Matt Woods and Ben Burtt's sound design work their not bad sound designers. It just that the Audio on A New Hope was rushed.
I agree with everyone the original versions of the OOT need to be preserved. I never said I did'nt want them preserved. Sometimes I don't agree with everyone but on this issue I agree with everyone.
Let me just clairify I am not aganest other people from wanting the original cut of the OT. And I am sorry for all the complaning. Their now do you forgive me.
I don't mean too. But I've heard the same thing over and over since 2004 it's getting a little old.
Yes I do to get the original versions of the OT on blu-ray.
The SE's are Lucas perfered versions of the films. He considers the original verisons of the films rough cuts. I agree the original verisons of the films should be perserved and righly so I never said they should'nt be.
That's not funny.
Yes you did and it's not right. I don't mind people having different opinions on the oot vs the se's but show some respect to other people and don't be mean.
You people are so mean I will not ever come here again. good riddence.
No I don't complan ok.
