Likely it will be that he is cliniclly dead before he is revived as Vader.
NNNOOOOOOOOOOOO!!! THIS CAN'T BE TRUE!!
What a f***ed up explanation! This means that Anakin becomes evil after only he's dead or what? But Vader goes back to the light side minutes before dying in ROTJ so logically it is his face as it appears without the mask that should be the real ghost. And how is Luke the supposed to know that Hayden-Anakin is his father? He didn't see the prequels...
Seems to me that Lucas is creating even more plot holes instead of fixing existing ones.
It probably isn't. Theres no real word on any reliable sources on such a change. I'll believe it when I see it on theforce.net or the bits.

A few little things (not really plot holes but anyway): Why does Vader stop Boba Fett from shooting Chewbacca in ESB? Doesn't make much sense to me, surely a man like him would place no value on the life of a Wookie.
In ROTJ, we see the Rebels placing explosives in the shield generator. Then they run about five metres away and hide behind some bushes. There is no way they could have escaped uninjured from the truly massive explosion that results, IMHO...
Why does the Death Star bother to orbit the planet that is in the way of Yavin? (Or is the planet called Yavin, can't recall) Why not just blow both planets away? Would have been much quicker... Also that display the Rebels had showing the Death Star approaching: What exactly is the use for this display when there are no Death Stars around? :-)
Luke could use the Force a bit more in ROTJ, for example to push/pull the stormtroopers off their speeder bikes...
That's all I can think of for now. Not important things but just wanted to see what others think...
Vader wanted to use Chewbacca as bait. Yavin I believe was a gas planet and would not be effected by the Death Star. Others like that those bushes couldn't sheild them is a definute plot hole.

Thats about right id say

Man...I'd probably hate the OT for looking dated an crap!!!
The reason half of us here think Jedi is better, or any of the OT for that matter, is because we grew up with it!
Well thats my reason..
For me any of the OT is far better than any of the PT, only reason being is that I grew up with the films..
Man, Star Wars was in all of my childhood....I couldn't imagine my childhood without SW.
So if Jimbo likes AOTC more than Jedi fair enough!!
Jimbo...It's you opinion though mate, not everybody agrees with you, just realise that and accept the fact that OT is better than the PT...J/K
I like Phantom Menace more the Return of the Jedi. Return of the Jedi is definutly the worst Star Wars movie.

That doesn't really make sense. Its just more pixal better picture. They all have the same purpose.

Then I guess the Special Edition fixed a plot mistake.

Where did you hear about the Hayden Christensen thing. The changes I posted came from thedigitalbits.com. Where did you hear that change from.

One had a piece about the Empire, and it stated there that the Stormtroopers were clones...
Also, Jimbo is correct in saying, if Goerge Lucas says they are Clones, then they are Clones.
They may not have been once, but they are now!
Wow I did not know that. If thats true then the Stormtroopers were always considered clones. I originally assumed that he didn't believe that until he made the prequals.
