Just had a thought.
During the duel scene in Episode 3, why not have Anakin go over the lavafall with the giant structure thingy?

What really pisses me off are the brain-dead morons who think that the moon landings were faked. They make me so mad sometimes that I wish I could reach through my computer screen and punch them really hard, Buzz Aldrin style.

She didn't used to 'own' any of those countries. Her Dad did, but she didn't.

The US broadcaster NBC is facing growing criticism after editing their delayed coverage of the London 2012 opening ceremony to replace the "memorial wall" tribute section with a Ryan Seacrest interview with Michael Phelps.
I'll say this much regarding the Olympics. NBC is the worst, by far, when it comes to "presenting" the Olympics. It is so sterilized, packaged and produced, the "live" broadcast is nothing more than a DVD commemorative presentation. Fucking maddening to watch.
Got up to make a peanut butter & jelly sandwich and damn missed the Bond portion. *%#@!
I'm sure it's on youtube. Bond doesn't shoot anyone though, and the Queen adresses him incorrectly, but it's good fun.

I thought Batman was a scientist.

Kudos for getting the Queen to parachute into the stadium though...I wouldn't have predicted that.
Thumbs down for Queeniepoo's dropping of protocol by calling Bond, Mr Bond instead of Commander Bond.
That's what me and my Dad said. We all really liked the opening ceremony, even though I'm not the most patriotic of people.

Look, Ric Olié has awoken from his slumber!
You catch on pretty... um... slow??
Damn! Ric's so much better at pointing out the obvious than I am.
Would you vote for him? What policies do you think he'll have?
;)
U Mad frink?

The New Thread Thread is silently weeping in the corner.
Having said that, I approve of anything not involving Batman or politics.

Jar Jar Binks : Lust For Glory
I'd buy that for a dollar.
Directed by Paul Verhoeven and starring John Hamm
Actually that would be pretty awesome...
Kiss Kiss Bang Bang (2005)
I dunno how I missed this movie before but...
This movie is awesome! If you haven't seen this, go watch it. NOW.
I love the dialogue in this film, it's so great.
Perfect romance, eh?
Starts with pro-fascist statements, ends with death and choking....
Actually that sound a lot like most of my Romances
;) <==WINKY

You wouldn't want George Lucas any where near it, especially if you want it to be dark and gritty.
Have him in a Gene Roddenberry role, out of the way in some important sounding job, leaving various people free to actually write proper stories.
"George, could you please go to Starbucks and get coffees for everyone? Oh and make it a macchiato for the dolly operator..."
ALOL
Make him a runner??
XD
That'd be awesome.

A film adaptation of The Epic of Gilgamesh. A three hour long, huge swords and sandals Epic film. Something would have to be done about the two-thirds god and one-third man thing. A very adult, very mature, (arguably) very smart and very grand.
I'm going to see TDKR with my sister really soon. She's already seen it and has been raving about it non-stop. I've managed to avoid a lot of trailers and tried really hard to avoid spoilers.
Fingers crossed!
That's....hilarious
