No I’m not. From what I read about the specs the switch can’t even hold a candle to consoles released ten years ago. Have you not heard about how hard they’re trying to get good 3rd party support? That’s going to make a huge fucking difference.

They’ve been saying that for every console generation since the Wii came out. Third party support will fall through because you can’t make an xbox one/ps4 quality game on nintendo consoles because they’re two generations behind on the technology; their focus since the Wii came out has been gimmicks such as motion controls or handheld/console hybrids. Nintendo has been under the delusion that Mario and Zelda will keep them financially afloat forever, and both franchises haven’t really changed since the early 90s. In reality they haven’t made a good console in ten years, and the company refuses to admit they’re failing to adapt to the times.

I used to think it was the Special Editions, but in light of TFA and Rogue One, I might say it was maybe selling the franchise to Disney.

The Nintendo switch is going to fail, really hard. Even more than the Wii U. I hope no one preordered it yet, because it’s a waste of money. Once Nintendo dies from the switch’s failure, gaming will be dead for good.

The problem is even if Trump were to face impeachment and removal from office (extremely unlikely now), most of his cabinet would remain intact afterwards, and any justices he appoints to SCOTUS will remain well into the mid-century.

Thanks to Jeff Sessions being the new attorney general, the entire Civil Rights movement was in vain. Not only will there be crackdowns on black communities, but the repression will spread out to all who dare protest from now on. Trump is immunized from impeachment for good, he now has his loyal Alabama redneck lapdog to his dirty work for him.

Even if we survive Trump, it’ll be too late to save human civilization because we will have hit the tipping point for climate change. Even if every person believed 100 percent that global warming is real by 2025, there is absolutely nothing we can do to stop human extinction, along with nearly all plant and animal life.

I don’t agree. I think more republicans will just double down on Trump’s rhetoric, in spite of waning public opinion. Moderate republicans who oppose Trump will just end up losing their primaries to challengers in 2018.

If Trump continues to be historically unpopular, Republicans will abandon him.

I agree. These guys still want to win their rererererererere-elections back home, and if Trump is going to keep generating thousands and thousands of protestors per day in the White House with his wildly unpopular executive orders and decisions, they will distance themselves from him. It’s already starting.

Is that why only TEN republicans spoke out against the Muslim ban? Most just stood by silent or even outright supported it. They are not distancing themselves from Trump at all.

Trump isn’t conservative. A conservative wants to maintain what exists and only change as a matter of last resort. Trump wants to roll backwards to a mythical better time. He is a reactionary. He is evil. his supporters are evil. All of them.

I agree with most of this, but I take issue with all Trump supporters being evil. Some of his supporters are just not very informed. Some are desperate. Some are blinded by party loyalty (ironic since Trump is not Conservative, as you said). Some are evil.

I would treat as separate Trump voters and Trump supporters. Lots of people voted for Trump to keep Clinton out. Both candidates were vile.
But people who actually support what Trump is trying to do, what he says, how he acts.
Every one of them is evil. The antithesis of good. And none of them are conservative.

You know what sucks about this? Every person whose ever disliked someone does it. They use others as a bar of comparison to disparage the person they don’t like.

I get so tired of these types of “news” articles because they promote the exact opposite of what the country would like to achieve … some peace, quiet, and prosperity for all.

Frink posted a link with no commentary. This IS news, this is the country we live in now. People are feeling entitled to be assholes because they feel their president is an asshole and would applaud them.
