STAR WARS: EP V "REVISITED EDITION"ADYWAN - 12GB 1080p MP4 VERSION AVAILABLE NOW

I think Imperial Fighter mentioned this above, but I too was wondering if we would hear a pre-electrical energy charge sound with the new electrical ion canon blasts? Those shots are great as usual....love the new mountain in the background of the ion canon shot, and that white snow is popping off the screen.

In George Lucas opinion, the 3D Clone Wars series is canon, and the 2D is not. I know that doesn't matter to most of you who have decided your opinions trump the guy who made all of this. But it's true to those of us that have been able to keep some perspective, and realize that although everything George has done isn't in line with everything all of us might have imagined, it's still his story, and his final say at the end of the day.

Funny junk....I actually like the red screen example....looks less cheesy, and a little more like something that would be in vaders chamber? Looks a little more Sith-ish, and less goofy! Maybe Ady has some ideas as far as what could go in that FUZZ section. Any updating would be greatly appreciated Adywan......Peace

It could be enhanced, but the part that really bothers me is when the screen is first shown and there is all of that nasty old analog reception fuzz before you see the officers. Just seems very dated.....anyway, just an idea, and thanks for posting the pics vaderios! Peace...Oh and good spot on the transparency!

Can someone help me post a pic of this scene? At minute 23:28 of ESB, vader is addressed in his chamber via a video feed. Does anybody else think the black and white fuzz as the signal is coming in, and then the subsequent video feed after is a little cheesy and could be made to look a less 70's/80's tube TV? Thanks for your help in advance! Peace....

Well I don't know if this is the reason, but in Star Wars The Clone Wars, which is completely Lucas' vision and direction, where the Ion Cannon is first introduced as a seperatist weapon, it is blue, with the energy/lightning thing going on.

Yes, but the Clone Wars is EU territory just like the previous series. Both are done with Lucas' vision and direction and are do exactly the same thing. And if I may say add, the spinning star field is also a part of Lucas' vision and direction as well.

Way off topic, and not a big deal, but The old Clone Wars miniseries was EU, where George basicly just let it happen. No involvement. The new one, he is actually writing a lot of the material, and if an episode is written by someone else, it is written by them with a basic outline for the episode by George and Dave Filoni. George edits almost every episode, and the entire main story arc and direction is completely George. This is the story that George himself wanted to tell, that's why he's doing it. The live action series coming out that takes place between ep3 and 4 is also supposed to be his story, and not considered EU. I look at it almost like Empire, he wrote the general story, and someone else directed it and filled in the blanks. Take it for what it's worth. Peace....

Great work on the donation! I've been donating little bits of cash to help Adywan since the first project, but that is just awesome! Great to hear from you Ady! Glad you are OK! The stuff you are working on is truly amazing, can't wait.

It's funny when guys that haven't been around this forum very long try to explain that Adywan is working and he's too busy to post. Then imply that those who have noticed Adywan's unusual abscence and are a bit concerned are some how titty babies or something. I for one have only been around for a little over a year, and don't post 50 times a day about every single issue with this edit to get my post count high, but when Ady goes a week or so without posting, it is very unusual, and I and others who have been around much longer than me, get a little concerned. How would we know if something happened to this great brother that is hooking us up with such amazing edits of our favorite movies? Without Ady, we have the 2004 DVD's that are a lame excuse from LUCASFILM. And we have no new (or improved I should say) Star Wars movie to look forward to.

So, those of you who have Adywan, and his daily schedule all figured out after 6 months or so in this forum, great. But some of us have been around a little longer and we know he's busy, we just might notice a longer than normal abscence, and think oh crap, the dream is over. lol

I think I cried last April Fools when Ady pulled that horrible prank about quiting the revisited projects! Sad, sad day...

Ya, it's funny how the original republic clones can kick some serious tale in the clone wars series, and the next generation of troopers, imperial stormtroopers, act like the seperatist battle droids of the clone wars, kind of stupid and really can't shoot jack. Seems like a serious downgrade. I guess with all of the power seemingly in hand, they started getting slack and produced inferior products. Sounds a lot like the rise and fall of most ruling powers past and present in Earths' history.
