He is gleefull that he upset you so much, I think you are one hell of a 14 year old and very smart. But ol' Gomer has baited and had you all along, you've made your point very well and clearly several times, quit playing up Gomers desire to see you lose control. Damn, Adigitalman, that sounds liked it sucked royally. I'm just curious how old you are, not relevent but I was curious. I hope I never have to have that done, I didn't even know anyone over the age of 18 got that done at all.

I have to have some Carpel Tunnell surgury within the next year or so on both wrists, anyone here had that? If so, how bad was it? I'm a chronic guitar player, internet super surfer, and Xbox 360 fanatic (all of which contributed to my problem I'm sure) but how much will this effect all of my hobbies in the long term. I know at first it'll be bad, but what about in a month, six months, year?

And about the PS hating thing. It has nothing to do with being cool to hate PS. Just because a bunch of us are of the same opinion on this matter all the Sony fanboys get their panties in a knot. If Sony suddenly takes off and becomes a popular system then it is not going to hurt me. I really don't care, but because I make the prediction that I think it is in trouble you guys get all pissy and say it is only because I cannot afford it. If you like the PS3 then I am happy for you. I still like to look at the situation as a whole and to makes guesses as to what is going to happen. For the last several years this has been predictable. Sony would be at the top, followed by the Xbox, and Nintendo would hang in there because of fan loyalty and there licensed characters. This time things are different and the boxing match is getting exciting again. Just because I am not rooting for your favorite boxer doesn't mean he is going to loose, and it doesn't mean I only hate him because it is the cool thing to do. I take it the ones of you who are claiming we are only hating it because it is cool are still in High School perhaps? Well, once you get out of High School you do things not just because they are cool, but because they are reasonable or practical, or because they are what you want to do. You no longer go out and buy a $80 dollar pair of blue jeans because they will make you look cool. Now is the part where I remind you that a good number of us are not in High School any longer and don't really care if it is cool to hate Sony or not. I promise you, even if it was extremely uncool to hate Sony, I would still be of the same mindset. I really don't think Sony is going to do so well this round.

Screw that I DONT hate Sony,I friggin LOVE my PS3,and the Blu-ray looks fantastic,the comments made here just totally crack me up,there probably all made by people that dont have and cant afford one.

You have stated this before and I reiterate, I do not hate Sony at all and don't see why anyone would think it is cool to do so. It is just obvious and proven history that they have made several bad business decisions, just like Microsoft & Nintendo, but yet they keep doing the same thing (trying to force their own format on people) whereas the others learn and do something else. Plus, I DO make enough money to buy a PS3 right now, my brother even offered to sell me one he bought because he could not sell it and he knew i could afford it, I told him no and he had to take it back to the store. I could own a PS3 right now, but I just am not impressed with their current game catalog nor do I want to commit to any one format just yet in the HD home media genre.

I totally agree, Frankenberry was terrible. You know I sent off for one of those Ghostbuster glow in the dark frisbees when I was a kid from a cereal box. Used my whole allowance and never got anything. That sucked.

I love my 360, I may eventually get a PS3, maybe. But I'm leaning more into getting a Wii, they do look fun and add that interesting spin of physical interaction. I think the PS3 will lose this war. Wii may come out on top due to price and the fun factor, but most folks who want a decent powered high graphics machine, I think they will opt for a cheaepr 360 which as a year long jump on the industry anyways.

I've come to find that Sony is great at alienating their customers (maybe George Lucas is a stockholder!) by making Sony brand specific items which tries to make the whole industry accomodate them, examples include memory sticks, UMD format, and now Blu-Ray. Although Blu-ray is the better format, I think HD-DVD will win based on it's name. Even the least tech savvy person knows HD means High Definition, whereas they'll see Blu-ray and go Huh?. Just my opinion though.

Huh!!! Did you not read any of my previous quotes. It clearly explains that God is supportive of the Death Penalty, Self-Defense, and wars which are fought for good reason. This is not hypocritical or atheist to believe by any means.

Whoops I forgot to add what is what. Yes, it's off the chart, there hasn't been this much CO2 in the atmosphere in a very long time. It's from an article of A. V. Fedorov et al. Science 312, 1485 (2006).


Awsome, I love a good proven argument. But I still do not think that the earth is warming at an "alarming rate" although I will agree that our CO2 levels may need to be worked on. But I just cannot help but believe that mother earth is pretty damn resiliant. But seriously, you have to admit, the whole caw farting thing that they were pointing out a couple years back was just way out there. And I do think that America is doing several things to improve the Environmental issues, harsher smog requirments, better working engines that create less pollutants. Granted we may need to make some changes, but why can we not make those changes slowly and progressively as technology permits. Just to suddenly go green and force everybody to drive around in electric cars and plug their cows butts would be crazy.
