Yeah, I was glad to see them show up since the off-topic section has always been my most favorite section.

As far as the general section, I more often than not simply lurk over there. I get burned out on it quick if I take part in a discussion because I get pissed off at George Lucas all over again just when I've felt I've come to acceptance.

+1 on Beck! I'd been listening to him since 2004 and he was great, but he's really gone crazy and out of hand the last year. The nail in coffin for me was when he setup our Tea Party Republican candidate for Gov here in Texas, Debra Medina, on behalf of "Slick" Rick Perry, our current sorry excuse for a Gov. Then he LIED about it!! Prior to that, I could never pin down what his actual core beliefs were. One day he'd be conservative, the next he sound like an anarchist, then he'd start quoting some great libertarians and claim to be one. Then all the little goofy stuff got annoying. I couldn't keep up, then whole Medina debacle which he lied about thereafter. I no longer record his show and can even tolerate him that much.

Also +1 on Savage, I've never really liked him.

I'm absolutely sick of the "racist" moniker. Can't we all just enjoy each races respective eccentricities and general habits without it being deemed "hateful" when it certainly is not. I loved "Blazing Saddles" and I now believe that movie is the pinnacle of our time in which the races could lay all past beside and have fun without some idiot coming along and destroying the fun in the name of political correctness.

Well, I can see why there isn't a thread for that sole purpose. What I think would be better is a little notation next to the username or perhaps under the signature area something to the effect of "User banned for trolling", "User banned for rudeness", "User banned for abusing other forum members", etc. etc.
