I was going to wait until #2 to really form my opinions on "Lando". I have the same fear you do, though.

I'm pretty sure Adywan does what he thinks looks best. That is the driving force behind the whole project.

OK, fine, the Scooby-Doo ending is the unmasking bit, but what do you call the random flashes spelling out who Valris is talking about, complete with sound effects? Mystery Reveals For Dummies?

I think it's more that it's unlikely that they're going to push a "limited edition" release of the same discs they've been selling, then turn around the next month and sell ANOTHER version of the films before December.

Besides, I'm sure they'll package them together like they did for the GOUT, and probably throw the PT in there so they get maximum money out of it.

A highly distracting addition to what had been a very tense scene--and the added sound effects do nothing to improve the jarring feel of the cut-aways.

They would have the Fox logos because Fox still owns the physical distribution of all the movies (except the original) until 2020. They released the digital rights early to the sequels/prequels, which have the Disney branding.

So these are going to be the exact same discs as before, with the Fox logo and everything.

Or maybe a titular Clonetrooper to mirror the ESB cover.

Why they put one good guy on them when there's a bad guy for that movie whose actor recently died is what throws me off.

I'm a fan of Henry Cavill's Superman, not sure on his Clark yet. I'm intrigued by the prospect of Ben Affleck Batman and Bruce.

I just wish either of them were in better movies. I'm not planning on seeing any of the DCCU movies in theaters, but I will be sorely tempted by an Affleck Batman movie.

Yay! That was a lot of Frink! I mean that in a good way. I wish I had an excuse to have Frink on my Star Trek podcast. Maybe I could convince one of my commentary friends to do a commentary on TRM......
