Disagree. I don’t have a better solution, but nothing sounds more elitist than that, which is what people seem to accuse us of already.

I’m relieved that the “Parts” are being dropped. Except for the main part of “First Avenger”, every movie has been chronological so far (as the bookends of FA are). I didn’t like the idea of having an “Infinity War Part 1” cliffhanger, then have two or three movies, then resolve that cliffhanger. I’m sure that was never the plan, but the “Parts” name implies that.

Sure, but DE is specifically referring to the KJV-only people. There was a church not far from my (Bible) college that had a sign that insisted if you weren’t reading KJV you were going to hell.

I think it’s more the people who insist that a 400 year old translation of the Bible specifically designed to be anti-Puritan/pro-Church of England is somehow more holy than any other translation made in modern English using more accurate original sources.

Apparently, my day will be spent breaking everyone who works in my building’s heart as I didn’t do anything special on “my day”.

I’m loving this WHIH stuff, makes it really feel like the movies take place over their opening weekend (though I wonder when MCU Presidential elections are?). Of course, it would make MORE sense if it came out at the same time worldwide and the international viewers didn’t see it 2 weeks ago.

The Rolling Stone quote where JJ says to take that crap out makes me believe it was a trailer-only thing.

I’m sure if I looked hard enough, you’d read my reaction right here on this forum. I don’t recall exactly what it was, but I remember feeling like “this is it, Lucas is just adding things to get a rise out of us now.”
