“Captain America: Civil War” is barely about the Sokovia Accords, its more “What To Do About Bucky?”. “Marvel Comics Civil War” is definitely about the Registration Act. The only thing that really carries over from the comics is the team ups.

I think it’s funny when people complain about the Bucky plot, because that IS the plot of the movie. The Accords are an inciting incident that are barely mentioned after Act 1.

Watched Civil War again this weekend, but started watching it too late so we split it into two. I think my wife is right, the second half is much better than the first half. “When Spider-Man comes in is when it really gets good” are words I never thought I’d hear my wife say, but she said them.

I’m sure this is a case of someone coming into the Writer’s Room and saying “Hey guys, yesterday was the date we were supposed to start set construction, you haven’t even given us plans yet. We’re also supposed to start shooting next month and you haven’t even had auditions.” and the writers going “We should probably ask for more time.”

Even though we closed the borders to this site, it’s only somehow encouraged the existing members to be even more troll-like, or possibly encouraged people to find hidden sock accounts to troll us. There are some users posting now that just don’t make sense.

Discovery has been delayed to May so they can do it properly. Good, let’s not rush the first series in 10 years just to meet some arbitrary date.

I really don’t get the hate for Iron Man Three. I mean, I get some of it, like the various plot holes and weak villain motivations, but other stuff that gets brought up, like the Mandarin twist, Tony’s PTSD, and the fact that Iron Man is barely in it, I don’t.
