I’ve been (stupidly) assuming that this was part of some larger bill that was actually sensical, but no, the gun lobbies are just worried about old mentally ill people who can legally not handle their own finances being able to buy guns.

It’s … tinny? For lack of a better word. The brass isn’t deep enough and the lighter percussion is too loud. The SW logo is too big as well grumble grumble. It all just looks bold or a similar but wider typeface. Maybe I am just insane though.

On a side note I always loved that R2 fixed the hyperdrive given Han’s disposition towards droids

I believe neither Yoda nor Palpatine will have lightsabers. Especially not fight one another.
I guess we watch enough shows at night that we could probably get a couple movies in a day… I’m starting to think like my wife, shows are easy because they’re cut into pieces you can stop watching between, but movies are a commitment of a couple hours!

I used to be able to watch five-to-seven feature-length films every day, one right after the other. I don’t know how I ever managed to accomplish that; these days, I get tired watching two movies in a row.

In Harmy’s Despecialized Edition of SW 1977, it’s clear that Luke and Obi-Wan’s lightsabers are the same shade of blue. However, for some reason in the GOUT transfer Luke’s blade appears white in the scene on the Millennium Falcon.
Is it possible that some elements from the original in-camera white lightsaber effects (also seen in the 1976 trailer) snuck into the Falcon training scene on the 1990s laserdisc release?
The in-camera effect was just a reflection, like safety vests on construction workers. The outer glow would have been a post-production effect, which the training scene has.

I can’t find any Legends novels at my library except for a couple of Legacy of the Force, Fate of the Jedi and The Old Republic books, and the Darth Bane trilogy. Also, the Legends stuff I’ve read so far I’ve mostly liked.
The Thrawn trilogy is ok, but I’m not sure you need to read the Legends books before you read the new one. Though it is entirely possible that the new book fits into both canons, judging by its place in the timeline (pre-Rebels). Cause I’m sure Zahn can’t be arsed to care about there being a new canon.

I watched both Wayne’s World films on TV. They’re both good, but I prefer the second one, as it takes more advantage of the fourth wall breaking and general silliness that populates the universe. I’d give them both a seven out of ten.
The second one also has Ralph Brown. I used to have his speech about getting Ozzy brown M&M’s memorized.
