I just have to say that I dislike Worf for the same reasons (well, one of the same reasons) I dislike the pre-Crisis Superman -- he was raised by humans on a human world in a predominantly human environment, but instead of embracing his adopted human heritage, he completely disregards it in favour of a culture that he hasn't been a part of since he was a small child.

Worf should have been the Spock of TNG -- ie. someone whose nature was constantly at war with their nuturing. Instead, he was just a big, dumb joke who constantly spouted that Klingon honour bullshit while serving as some villain-of-the-week's punching bag.
I can see where you're coming from. But as for Worf being the Spock, Trek saves that kind of thing for people who are half-breeds, Torres on Voyager actually deals with warring natures a few times.

On a similar note, does anybody know if there exists a SD television with a 16:9 aspect?  I ask because that would be ideal for playing nintendo wii games, because wii games are 16:9 (or can be) but the wii is not HD and on my HDTV, well it doesn't look so hot.
Sure there are, but having another 16:9 CRT SDTV just for the Wii seems a bit overboard. It would NOT look better, probably even worse. Wii games look terrible when blown up, even when running through the Wii U.

My local community college just approved my course on 'Ethics and Star Trek'.

The class is basically this: Every Thursday night, we watch an episode of Star Trek, then we talk about how that episode featured a terrible justification for the Prime Directive.
I want to be you. And yes, let us know the episodes, I'm sure we could help justify/ignore the PD!

My dream ending of ROTJ would be a reverse of the Jedi Temple raid in ROTS.

Have Luke push open the door to the ruined council chamber, ready to re-build as the celebrating population of the capital fill the sky with fireworks.

Have Leia catch a glimpse of her mother from a dusty senate pod.

Have Han and Chewie bury Lando.
You're the best.

"The Table Round" Podcast Audio Drama
Time

Just finished listening. I found it very entertaining! There were some audio problems with some of the bit parts, but the main character were all distinct and sounded good. I was able to follow along quite easily. I also liked the little educational bit before the commercials(?).

Very good, I look forward to hearing part 2. I'm not very familiar with the Arthur legend, so this is all new to me.

Just like he has been trying to do with the OOT and exactly why a fan documentary should include her.
A fan documentary works with what they are given. Since she never recorded any interviews or bonus features, Jamie would have to find Marcia himself and interview her. Which isn't a bad idea... ;-)

Here's her story. Very sad.

Game of Thrones (HBO)
Time

I'm bumping this thread so we can talk about this once I'm caught up. A friend is going to let me use his HBO GO account, so I'll be able to keep up with this live.

In short, I love this show. We're not even to the GIANT SEASON THREE SPOILER MY WIFE DOESN'T KNOW IS COMING BUT I DO BECAUSE I READ ABOUT IT NOT KNOWING I'D END UP WATCHING IT SO SOON BUT BECAUSE I DIDN'T KNOW ANYONE'S NAMES WHEN I READ THE SPOILER I'M NOT SURE IF I'M GOING TO BE HAPPY THIS HAPPENS OR NOT yet.
