If only there was a way to fix Obi wans reshoot hair during the part with the droidrkas

One thing about the broadcast that doesn’t make sense to me is if he sent this out to the whole galaxy then why are the Resistance surprised when Boolio gives them the information that he is alive? Shouldn’t they already know this because of the broadcast?

It’s not probably possible but maybe change the reason then went to Boolio is they were trying to confirm what they suspected?

Or cut entirely?

The force Skype lightsaber fight

The scene with them repairing the Falcon is when Jana reveals that she was a former storm trooper. One can assume they finished up repairs and headed back to base. I didn’t think it was a huge leap.

I mean it doesn’t really hurt my enjoyment of the film, I still liked it, but it does seem a little jarring

Alright during the Rey Kylo fight in the water Finn and Jana are inside the wreckage, then 10 seconds later they’re on top of the wreckage, then Rey pushes Finn through the waves, then we see them on Ajan Kloss with zero explanation of how they got there or when they repaired the Falcon. Just a small scene needed to be added to fix this…

Small thought from second viewing before I give my full thoughts on it.

Both showings I went to people laughed when Ben and Rey kissed. Thinking about it, the score pushes this a little bit since the score completely cuts out right before Rey says “Ben.” A score coming out tends to imply a joke and people felt awkward laughing, but the way the score pushes for that made it happen I think.

Idk, maybe. Tomorrow is viewing 3 so we will see what I think after that.

I just wish the movie ended slightly differently! I’m seeing it again tonight and then again on Thursday to try and solidify my opinion of it

I actually am really sad because watching TFA and TLJ there were cheers but I got tickets late so I guess I was watching it with not die hard fans except for the people I was with

The theater I was in for my first viewing could not help but laugh when Rey and Ben kissed! Then when Ben falls over I muttered “of course” and the whole theater laughed again.

I have very mixed feelings about this film. Going to see it again today and I will have a better understanding of how I feel about it.

Only have been able to watch half of it but I must say the change in color when Kylo first takes off his mask is amazing and helps that scene so much!

Okay so, since the original six film saga are all never before seen masters they have the 20th century’s fox fanfare with the new silver Lucasfilm logo

Also, the digital truncated Lucasfilm fanfare was never released in a physical form.

Interestingly, the digital versions are slowly being replaced with the brand new masters so the truncated digital fanfare is being wiped from history.

Duel of the fates in the new tv spot got me so pumped! Each new second of footage takes away any doubts I have about this movie

I mean you could just assume he uses Qui-Gon’s crystal. So that’ll work for my viewing pleasure where you’ll have a version of Episode 2 with an Obi green saber and Episode 3 with an Obi blue saber

I really really like this. A good idea would be replacing obi-wans lightsaber in AOTC with Qui-Gons green saber until he loses it in Geonosis
