Star Wars saga - Extra Extended Edition (1080p) (* unfinished project / WIP *)

UPDATES

  • EP1 “Bail Organa” deleted scene restored, the link (https://vimeo.com/198253552) added to the first post
  • I would like to use some shots from War of the Stars I & II, taken from several different sources not reviewed here

I should point out this isn’t Bail Organa but is Bail Antilles. He mentioned as anther candidate for chancellor when Palpatine announces he is a candidate. I think Wookieepedia mentions the reason for the invention of a character with already established first and last names, but I don’t remember and am too lazy to look for a link right now.

Thanks to everyone; any advice is appreciated!

Updates:

  • DVD extended scene 4 “The Air Taxi sequence” was actually inserted in the DVD (HDTV/BD) and so I thought it’s useless, BUT… there are few seconds more at the end… what if I take the following shot from LD (which is the non-faded version of the one found on DVD etc.) and attach it at the end? I will “gain” two or three seconds… not much, but, following the mission of this project, it could work! Test clip (download link will expire on 2017-01-27): https://fs11n1.sendspace.com/dl/aabdea1c995e1d05c6e17682b5498ff0/583d3201350ad49d/0ba6c8/EP1_deleted_scene_04_.mkv - just a rough cut, LD is just simply upscaled and not cleaned at all, done just to see if it could work; it seems so! ** OPINIONS, OPINIONS! **
  • now I have an LD shot, unused, that was on the theatrical cut only; OK, only 4 seconds included the wipe, but it’s still a nice shot: https://fs13n5.sendspace.com/dl/dde5773428c32938c9bf74dd74c5d067/583d3add08fc454d/laoqe3/EP1_LD_shot4.avi (download link will expire on 2017-01-27) - rough, first part of the wipe could obviously be replaced with the needed one; music missing. ** SHOULD I PUT IN THIS, TOO? **
  • first post updated with these, and previous, clips and info

put in,put in,all what you find.
i like to see all of the missing scenes.i don´t care the quality.
thanks

I agree with benduwan here. Ding get so picky about the colorization. Doesn’t have to be perfect. I just want to see super extended editions of these movies. Thanks for working on this, Andreas.

From what I just read police do not believe it was racially motivated, despite appearances, so I assume it’s being classified as a hate crime based on disability rather than race.

How in the hell can’t it be racially motivated??? This has was 4 black guys beating a white guy shouting “f*** white people”.

Exactly. I don’t get how it couldn’t be racially motivated, though I’m very sensitive to prejudice against those with disabilities and would find myself condemning those morons no less if that were the motivation instead.

I hope this is some of that “fake news” that everyone’s always talking about.

Nope, seems to be real.

http://nypost.com/2017/01/04/special-needs-man-tortured-while-attackers-stream-it-on-facebook/

Is this a hate crime?

The first news story I read on this (can’t remember the site) clearly stated in the opening paragraph that the perpetrators were black and the victim was white. I went back to the same site later that day and they’d edited it to remove the races of those involved.

I lean toward the liberal end of the spectrum and I still think this is clearly an anti-white guy crime, especially given the anti-Trump rants of the perpetrators. I don’t know what the legal requirements are for a hate crime, though — do people need to be a member of a minority or protected group in order to be victims of a hate crime, or is only the intent of expressing hate toward a particular group required? I also suspect that if this were 4 white people hammering on a black guy and screaming anti-Obama nonsense, it would be classified as a hate crime and the races of those involved would be displayed prominently in all news stories (except Fox News, maybe).

JEDIT: Frink got in right before I did.

Those rare moments when I find myself in complete agreement with a liberal. Hate is hate, regardless of the origin.

It is missing one person.

For you, yes. There are many others that none of us know personally that are missing as well. I’m not even sure a proper picture would fit in a post if everyone that passed was included.

But we can still allow Warbler room to mourn. We’ve allowed everyone here a chance to mourn the loss of a Star Wars celebrity few here have ever met in person, fewer (probably none) here who knew her on a personal level, and yet you have to minimize Warbler sharing his feelings of loss about his own dad. He’s clearly not actually requesting the inclusion of his father in the picture. He’s just expressing the fact that beyond the loss of all these famous people, he feels a deeply personal loss. Let him grieve, man.

I lost my father this year too.

I am so very sorry to hear that. Believe me it’s true. I came extremelyclose to losing my father without him actually passing this year, and it was a very stressful time. I can only imagine the grief if he has actually gone. My condolences and best wishes.

Depression is not a diagnosis. It’s a mood. Major depressive disorder is a diagnosis. If I said, “That’s some extreme sadness,” I doubt you would have raised an issue. And even if he had said, “That’s major depressive disorder,” I don’t see how it could cause more anxiety. Clearly, his intentions were for the best. I agree, Possessed should at least consider seeking help. We cannot force him, but we can encourage introspection.

Generation X made and raised most of millennials. When an atrocity is made, you naturally blame the perpetrators, not the atrocity.

Not exactly true, Millennials were mostly made and raised by the Baby Boomers. Gen-X is responsible for the Plurals. They overlap like that.

All the things you mentioned that annoy you are traits of late Millennials, which are almost entirely a responsibility of Gen-X. Early Millennials, which are responsibility of Baby Boomers, experienced VCR players and they usually know old films (seen them on TV) as internet was not so common at the time.

Gen-X seems to be incapable of raising up kids properly. That is not only useless, but also harmful to the society.

How very…millennial. Instead of encouraging the taking personal responsibility, he promotes the blaming others for his own generation’s failings. Yes, we all find life easier when we blame our shortcomings on the shortcomings of others. Keep up the prototypical work, imperialscum.
