Well, let's play a game of Dobutsu, then a game of Nana, and then we can try some of those others.
Now a game this small kind of gives an advantage to the first player. For that reason, I will make a move that I don't think is bad, but isn't best, hopefully to even it out.

Well, I had mentioned Dobutsu Shogi. It's very small and simplistic, but it looked fun. It's a recent invention designed by a female shogi champion, intended to lure more children and girls to shogi.
And did we ever play Nana Shogi with the cubes? If we didn't, I would like to try that as well. I also have our other Wa Shogi game saved, if you ever wanted to resume that one.

I see from your MySpleen post that this doesn't include any dialogue. Do you know if there is any way to extract that? That would be my personal highlight from this project. In any case, good work on extracting the music. It sounds like something worth giving a whirl.

Hot Rod is a fine gentleman and there's nothing wrong with him in my book.

But usually a gentleman is someone with class. HotRod is a person of crass. I've never seen him contribute anything useful to any discussion as long as I've been a member here. Nearly all his jokes are rude or gross. And his most recent one, I admit, is not the only nasty joke I've seen here: I avoid many threads just because at one point or another they turned into something tasteless, even if only temporarily. What he said was extremely disrespectful of his wife, and for me, that is simply not okay. Furthermore, he did it in a thread that was supposed to be upbeat and heartwarming. He clearly has little respect for me and demonstrated such by contributing such filthy language to a thread I had started to share things worth sharing. If he wants to be gross, he should start a thread entitled "Share Your Kinky Latests and Greatests". I can avoid that and won't have to worry about reading such smut while looking forward to something pleasant. I know he doesn't care whether I ignore him or not, but he should at least know that while such humor has its fans (disappointingly you among them, Leo), it's at least decent to keep it away from those who clearly don't want to see it.

Well, it's honestly better to keep most pieces on the board, with maybe only one or two in hand. Trouble is that your drops didn't give you any gains, and likely more loss. I might have done the same as you, but now in retrospect, you probably should have dropped your pieces closer to your king as part of a defensive strategy instead of trying to force me out of your territory. I have a powerful but not very valuable piece (promoted lance) supported by a very powerful piece, and therefore I can attack and force a trade in my favor.
Me too. It's a very simple mission, rather modest goals, but perfect for better aligning ANH with ESB and ROTJ. Excellent news!

I just watched Star Trek Continues' most recent episode yesterday. It's called "The Fairest of Them All," a sequel to "Mirror, Mirror." It takes place in the Mirror Universe immediately following the departure of the good universe's crew, showing how Spock "considers" Kirk's final words and where things go from there. It was truly amazing. I loved it!
Hey, no worries. I have a new baby and a job with stupid hours, so I don't know that I'll be much better. We'll take it nice and slow.
